We have just exchanged contracts on a house marketed by Strutt & Parker, and Aaron Turner has been a delight to work with.

Although he was acting for the vendor, he invested more time and energy in keeping our purchase moving than our own estate agents did with our sales. He is calm, measured, experienced, and a great communicator.

When my partner’s sale fell through and we had to pull out of the chain temporarily, Aaron was constructive and realistic about the steps needed to get things moving again quickly. Today we exchanged not only on our purchase, but also on the sales of both our properties, and Aaron has kept up momentum behind the scenes by proactively contacting all parties involved.

I worked with Sam Bookman in the Notting Hill office recently and I highly commend Sam for not only his knowledge but for really listening to what I was looking for in a property. From the very first day I met Ashley Harwood from the Cirencester branch of Stutt & Parker I found that I could communicate with him, which in today’s world is not something to take for granted, he was the agent that was the closest in valuation to what the cottage archived, the price was not inflated, just realistic. Throughout the sale his support team did everything they needed to do to keep me up to date with any progress and fed back from the potential buyers, if I had another home to sell I would definitely take to Ashley and his team at Strutt & Parker.

We were delighted with the service provided by Hamish Spencer-Nairn and Amy McMenemy in the Perth Office. They were very responsive to our queries and nothing was too much trouble! The key exchange was seamless and the post-sale communication has been excellent. We would have no doubt in engaging Strutt & Parker to deal with the sale of our home in the future.

I cannot recommend Andrew Sartain at the Newbury office highly enough. Communication, understanding and support were excellent. And when completion was due so near to Christmas, he kept me calm and did everything possible to resolve the issues in the chain.

From the very beginning, Annabel has been outstanding. Her communication has been consistently clear, responsive, and proactive - she was always willing to come and view the flat whenever I needed reassurance, which made a huge difference throughout the process.

Update - I was finally contacted by AndrewHarwood on Tuesday 12th. He was suitably apologetic and arranged to come to appraise our home personally on the 13th which he did in a very professional manner. On this basis, I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 4. Contacted Nicholas on chat service twice, 02nd and 05th Mar to arrange a visit by one of their valuers. No one called back in response to either contact. I was surprised and disappointed and so sent an e-mail to Andrew Harwood on 06th Mar, their Residential Director in Sevenoaks to make him aware and ask someone to call me as matter or urgency. No call back as of 09th Mar. Shocking. If that's how they deal with Sellers, what opportunities being missed with potential buyers??

Sophia Fuller, Farren Mitchell and team in the Suffolk branch were absolutely fantastic! We had used several estate agents before who were not comparable to this standard of professionalism at all. Their professionalism, helpfulness, and responsiveness was outstanding and they were above and beyond with communication and keeping us in the loop. Highly highly recommend. Edward Thomson of Strutt and Parker is the real deal in a tank full of sharks in the London real estate market. His advice when I bought a short-lease apartment in Cadogan Place was invaluable.
