Can't be easier
I like how simply the site is to operate. All of their journeys are available by drop down menu. Type of traveler is simple. Just pick by price by date.

Regarding passenger date of birth, this is something that is a requirement for us to ask for as per the International Maritime Organisation's (IMO) Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) regulation.

The staff were great. Especially in the restaurant and refreshment area. I find the return ticket price on the high side.

Nous avons trouvé la réservation très difficile a réaliser, le site est peu facile à utiliser car nous n'avions pas le choix dans les propositions de réservation, à chaque fois , on demandait des dates différentes pour avoir une proposition , bref compliqué pour nous qui desirons venir au TT 2027. Tous les ferrys s'affichaient "Complets" sans plus de précision ( à savoir si d'autres créneaux allaient être ouverts plus tard ) En revanche, suite à mon avis publié, on m'a apporté des précisions précises et rapides. Nous sommes vraiment désolés d'apprendre que vous avez eu des difficultés à effectuer une réservation chez nous. La période du TT est très chargée et les traversées ont tendance à afficher complet assez rapidement. Comme nous utilisons un système de réservation en temps réel, il est difficile de déterminer quand de nouvelles places se libéreront, car cela dépend des annulations ou des modifications de réservation effectuées par les clients. Une nouvelle mise en vente aura lieu le lundi 8 mars : les places correspondant aux réservations non réglées seront alors remises en vente sur le système de réservation.
Nous comprenons votre frustration de ne pas pouvoir trouver d’informations supplémentaires concernant les traversées "complètes" et nous allons étudier les moyens de rendre ce système plus convivial.

We're very sorry to hear that you found it difficult to make a booking with us. TT is a very busy time of year and the sailings tend to get full quite quickly. As we operate a live booking system, it's difficult to determine when further space would become available as it's dependent on if someone cancels or changes their current booking. There will be a re-sale date on Monday, 8th March where the space for any bookings that aren't paid for gets released back onto the booking system.
We appreciate the frustration of not being able to find any further information regarding "Fully Booked" sailings, and will look into how we can make this more user friendly.

however when I did the transactions on my phone using the same cards, the payment was successful

The seating on the Ben my chree we paid £7 a seat for 3 there and back - yet people walked in and got the seats free - rubbish boat and no one said at the beginning of the voyage what the sea would be like and it was rough people being sick and no one was able to assist. If there was another way to leave the island with our car I would happily take that option and never use the steam packet again. That is not discrediting the front line staff but this company is a bloody mess and it’s the senior management
