Booking process
The booking system/process is outdated and there should be options to amend the booking online rather than phoning. Other than that it’s fairly simple to book ahead and I was able to adjust my return journey

Initial booking process on line was quite straightforward and simple.
I haven't given five stars, as although we were given notice our return journey was at risk due to bad weather, there were no clear instructions in the text about what would happen to our booking if the sailing was cancelled. It was a stranger in a coffee shop at the table next to us who heard our plight and explained how we would have to rebook and that there was no automatic trying to fit you on the next sailing home.
Staff at the Steam Packet desk were lovely, when we went in person to sort out our return journey.

Your website is a joke to navigate there was an error on my booking with I was trying to amend, the price came out an absolute joke! Asked my brother who lives on the IOM to call the booking office ( the numbers are not recognised if calling from England) to ascertain the problem, the operative mentioned I had booked a car! This was incorrect! Modify your website.
You advertise prices from £26 for foot passengers can you tell me what time of year this applies too? As far as I can see never!

Firstly it wouldn’t recognise my credit…
Firstly it wouldn’t recognise my credit card, then it removed all my information so I had to fill it all in again. Then the journey I wanted to book it told me it was fully booked. I had to speak to a human at my expense to clarify the boat wasn’t full. Guess what it wasn’t!!!!!

The lack of sailing choice due to the ridiculous Manxman failure is unbelievably annoying and makes my blood boil quite frankly every time I need to book . And particularly if boats are then tied up going to Ireland . It’s outrageous. The Steampacket Board should be sacked .
