UI could be updated, but effective
The booking process was fully online, so there was no need to call anyone and it was available to book at any time. The user interface (UI) could do with updating as the wide and narrow drop-down selectors are old-fashioned and their use is not as obvious as it could be.

Isle of Man to Larne Harbour
My experience for the booking with the Steampacket was a bit hit and miss especially when I tried putting my password in then lossed everything I had but in for the booking this happened a few times but I got there in the end all booked for our crossing.
