Stars Removals Anmeldelser

Stars Removals moved us four weeks ago and they were fantastic. The team arrived promptly on moving day, helping to dismantle beds and the dining room table, they took down the TVs and shrink/bubble wrapped key bits of furniture to protect them.
We only moved locally but we were out of our old property and in our new property within 4.5 hrs - which is a record!
The team on the day (Ashley, Omar, Galu and Thangavel) were totally professional, efficient, kind and incredibly helpful. They were a brilliant team and made moving day a breeze for our family. Stars Removals definitely get five stars from us!

We had Ashley, Ahmed, Wayne and Dani help move our house last week.
Everything was great and such a relief, turning up at 8am they quickly got to work loading up the vans with everything and looking after our fragile stuff with extra wrapping. Then met us at new house ready to unload placing the furniture and boxes on the rooms as we requested.
Everything was great and lovely team. Made moving day so much easier for us and would you again when we next move house.

Excellent service, very reliable efficient friendly staff, made us aware of any damage scuffs etc before making any removals, very good price, recommended via a friend so hopefully this post will lead to further work for this deserved company. We moved from a flat with garden and shed and trampoline etc to a house. Happy to take referral calls if required.

The Star team were punctual, efficient, friendly and good value They made moving house a lot less stressful. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Company was responsive from initial contact, arranging video survey, answering questions via email etc. Quote was reasonable and whilst not the cheapest, it was competitive. On the day of packing two chaps arrived first thing and worked hard through the day to pack and prepare everything for the following day. They were friendly and fast. On the day of the move, the house was emptied by four me. With two vans on time. They were fairly good with being careful and flagged any damage they saw to ensure it was logged (and they could not be blamed). This attention to detail, while telling, was sensible and reassuring. They went out of their way to help when moving into the new house, moving things between rooms, hoisting furniture through upstairs terrace door (with step ladder and rope!) when the stair case was too narrow, reconstructing a sofa a second time in good grace when I pointed out an error. I’ve held off writing the review to ensure I’ve found any breakages or issues. In short, some but less than you might expect. A few broken le crusset dishes unfortunately, and a few knocks to furniture, but nothing major. I consider it a success! In terms of tidiness, not bad, but not perfect. Solid job and I’m pleased for the price.

Stars Removal have just packed up our home in London and moved us out to Hampshire. They were all so friendly and lovely to work with. They worked incredibly hard and amazingly quickly, taking great care in packing our belongings and making sure they got to our new home safely. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving house, they were brilliant. They even took apart all our beds and furniture and rebuilt them all for us at the new house. We will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend to all our friends and family. Thank you Stars Removal, you made the whole process very stress-free for us!

I have chosen Star Removals for moving my household stuff. Ahmed & Ayaz both were very professional they came on time and were absolutely excellent and polite with moving things. I would give them 5 stars nothing less for their services Highly recommended and I would definitely go back to them if I have to move again in future.

Thank you! so much Ahmed & Ayaz. Appreciate your services.

Murali

I litterally called them at 4pm for a removal at 7:30 afrer the previous company let me down. They booked me instantly and their service was amazing. The guys were very handy and kind. I didn't have to lift anything..
I will recommend 100%

I was very very happy with service that I recieved for this company and from the guys who came ro move me. Two 5.5 vans and four guys, right from the start, they were extremely professional, cheerful and helpful. They were also very patient as they needed to wait around for the house sale to complete.
I highly recommend this company.

Amazing service and very thoughtful. The staffs were very polite and ensured we are happy with everything. I will definitely recommend to use this company for moving.

Yasir arranged two person to show up instead of one as we agreed for no extra charge! The movers were very professional and the whole job was done in 3 hours! I had a lot of boxes to move (more than previously expected) and the general service was perfect. 5 stars very deserved!

This is a very great moving service! They have great communication and always answer any questions quickly and the moving process was very quick and efficient.
Thank you stars removals!

Incredibly quick, efficient and pain free removal process which involved moving the entire contents of a 4 bedroom house into a top floor flat, with no lift available. The team were friendly and attentive to my belongings. A first class service which I would highly recommend.

Very efficient, polite and helpful. Move went smooth, stressless and specially no damaged to my property and furniture. I can't thank enough for the wonderful service.

Very efficient service and value for money.
Would recommend Yasir and Rana.

I couldn’t be more impressed. Fantastic service over a long two days for the team. Everything packed superbly. Nothing too much hassle and hugely efficient. Thank you so much.

Stars Removals helped me move house recently. Words are not enough to express how pleased I was with their service. Yasir supervised the whole operation himself & he and his team were most efficient, polite, professional and extremely careful with every single item. They placed everything in their designated area to my complete satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending their service to anybody who is planning a move. You will not regret it. Thank you Stars

Second time using this team and on both occasions they were accommodating, responded quickly, punctual and completed all the work quickly. Furniture was wrapped and after they moved everything to the new place they made sure to ask us exactly how we wanted our furniture arranged and did it accordingly (they also covered the floors to avoid any damage). Excellent service and a friendly team. Would highly recommend

From the beginning Stars Removals were helpful and accommodating. They did not oversell themselves and was not as pushy as the other companies I contacted.
They visited our four bedroom house to give us a quote, which was very competitively priced.
Ali answered my phone calls and emails quickly and was always positive when I was not sure of the day of completion.
On moving day Daniel, Ashley, Ahmed and Shaaz arrived on time. They were efficient and loaded the vans quickly. They arrived at our new home (thirty five miles away around the M25) ahead of us and although they had to wait for two hours for the keys to be released, they did not complain. Once in, they again unloaded our furniture quickly and put the items that they dismantled back together again without any problems.
Don't be put off by their competitive price, I would fully recommend them for your move.

Ashley, Ahmed, Gujjar and Daniel did an amazing job moving our home! They were quick and efficient. Communication was great from the start and they delivered all that was promised and more!
