Stars Removals Anmeldelser

My move was from London to Oxford this morning and it was very quick and straightforward from booking to being fully moved. Rashid was very personable from quote to booking. My movers, Rana and Saran, were very helpful and efficient, even asking which room I wanted things, and took great care of my potted plants. Would recommend! T

I used the company today.
Highly recommend it!

Was all good until I turned my 75 inch tv on now I have a line going through the middle and down it , when I messaged them about it they said they had no knowledge of the job.. i said I have proof they said it wasn't their problem.

We had to move a lot of furniture from one school to another and Rana and Chaco were so helpful and positive. The way that they packed the van was incredible and they had no problem doing two trips. Everything was moved safely and without any hassle

The removal team were absolutely fantastic. They arrived in good time. They were incredibly thorough and efficient. Nothing seemed to phase them even having to wait a long time for the keys to my new home. They were good humour and friendly throughout. They made a real point of identifying the rooms in my new house by the names of my children which was thoughtful and kind. I really cannot praise them higher enough. I would 100% recommend this firm to anybody. They made a very stressful experience fun and that takes some doing. Thank you.

We used this company to help move furniture and resources from one school to another, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Rana was on time, polite, hardworking and clearly knew what he was doing. He maximised every bit of space in the van, ensuring that everything was moved efficiently in just two loads. Very impressed with the service — professional, reliable and highly recommended. Thank you, Rani!

We used Star removals today. The service from Ravi was excellent. Came on time and worked hard throughout the whole job (and with a smile). I would definitely use again and recommend Ravi, Ali and the team. Thank you Ravi and Stars Removals!

Rana and his team did an excellent job of packing and moving me out of my house and into a flat. They know their job. I can recommend them as I'm very satisfied.

A smooth and stress free move. It was lead by Shakib Hassan with 2 other excellent guys. Shakib was great at dismantling & assembling furnitures and the others did a great job in loading/unloading to make sure it was a smooth move over all. I highly recommend them.

Rana, Gallo, Omar, Alex did an amazing job with our move- everything very carefully handled and packed in record time. Rashid was also very helpful with the booking. 10/10, would recommend!

Ahmed, Galu and Rana helped me move a considerable number of items out of storage and into my new place. They were completely dedicated and did a brilliant job. There were some difficult/awkward/large items of furniture to tackle but they handled it completely professionally and were real problem solvers. Brilliant.

I engaged Stars Removals after reviewing several bids. Stars was very competitive and demonstrated that they understood exactly what I needed. The team at Stars, and particularly Rashid, were very professional even when my move date kept getting delayed. Eventually, after paying my deposit, I didn’t need a removal service as I agreed to leave my furniture as part of the sale of my property. I contacted Stars to let them know, with the full expectation they would retain the deposit but they immediately offered to refund me, which they have now done. I cannot speak to the quality of their removal services but I applaud their customer service - it is excellent. Thank you.

The A-Team! The Stars Removals Packing and House Removals teams were fabulous and everything you want from a removals firm - they were highly professional and knew exactly what they were doing, offered solutions to every problem that came up, were extremely polite and personable and most impressive of all - lightning fast. The team did a superb job and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The fact that the price was very competitive in comparison to other quotes we received was just the icing on the cake. Would recommend these gentlemen 100%. Thank you Stars Removals!!

I chose Star Removal & Storage based on their great online reviews and competitive pricing, and I’m so glad I did. Their service on moving day exceeded all expectations.

The team arrived early, took time to assess each room, and proactively found solutions for any potential issues. They were incredibly polite, professional, and handled all my belongings with great care.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Hopefully, I won’t need to move again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be booking with them again.

Amazing my removal team where brilliant they handled everything. They took care of my belongings with so much respect I never had 1 complaint . Well done guys top marks

The worst moving experience I have ever had. Unfortunately, the company has not delivered what they promised. The movers were not careful with our things at all. Furniture had not been bubble wrapped as included in the quote, and now we’re dealing with damaged or broken items. They initially only sent 3 movers instead of 4, and then we waited 1.5h for the final person to arrive. The movers were disgruntled and not aware of the details of the quote. Finally, one box went completely missing, and when I contacted the company about compensation, they stopped responding me. I will unfortunately have to escalate things and take them to small claims court.
UPDATE (June 2026): I escalated this matter to the Small Claims Court and won the case. The company still refused to pay, forcing me to instruct County Court bailiffs and issue a Warrant of Control. The company paid a partial amount, but they are now refusing to settle the remaining balance unless I delete this Trustpilot review.

stars removals fantastic
they came two big vans wrapped all the furniture . and loaded in to vans . very polite will use them if i have to move again. there was nothing to worry about easy move . and they unloaded and out thinks where i wanted it to go. cant say nothing bad about this company . stars removals speaks for it self
thanks so much

Very good experience, very helpful bunch of people. They took extra efforts to move tricky furniture piece.
They were careful in handling all activities.
Definitely a five star rating to these guys.

These guys are a solid hard working removal company who get the job done.

I can’t fault their commitment, hard work and industry although they perhaps underestimated the size of the job, which I guess can happen with a quote based on a video call.

However, as I say, they worked tremendously hard and managed to move us without a hiccup.

They were great at organising a handyman to remove our front window to move our extra large sofa, and drafted in extra guys to get us moved in at double quick speed.

The guys have since been back to collect the empty boxes which is very helpful.

All in all they are a good team and will do a good job.

Ahmed and his team were so great when we moved house recently. Friendly, polite, careful with those precious breakable items! Our things had to go into storage for two months, and when we saw him and his team again when we finally moved into our new home, they were exactly the same! Great guys, and a great company to work with!
