Stars Removals Anmeldelser

The team is very professional and extremely helpful. Great experience

They deserve 5 stars. First, they are professional in terms of communication and execution. Second, they are extremely competitive with pricing. I saved money with them and am sure I got just as good service as expensive places because I have experience.
Third, they were very detailed and organised from beginning to end. Any loose ends were quickly dealt with. Yasir is committed to the business.

This company was approachable, helpful and professional from the get go.

They were accommodating and flexible in terms of moving dates. On the day that they arrived, they were prompt and friendly and quickly got on with the job at hand. At every point throughout the day they kept in touch and turned up quickly at the new address as soon as I told them that I had the keys.

I would definitely use them again and 💯 recommend them.

Rana and Shakti were great. Professional, helpful and efficient.

The team did a fantastic job packing and moving our office. They were efficient, careful and a very friendly team and well priced. I would highly recommend.

We couldn't recommend Stars Removals highly enough. From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. The team arrived early but patiently waited until we were ready to get started, which was hugely appreciated and immediately set the tone for the day.

They were friendly, polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. They worked tirelessly, handled all of our belongings with care, and made what could have been a very stressful moving day feel smooth and effortless. Everything was completed in what felt like no time at all.

It's rare to come across a company that combines such hard work with genuinely kind, honest people, but that's exactly what Stars Removals delivered. We've already recommended them to friends and family, and we'll continue to do so without hesitation.

If you're looking for a reliable, professional removal company that goes above and beyond, look no further. Thank you to the whole team for making our move such a positive experience!

The movers we had booked cancelled on the day. STAR stepped in and made the magic happen. They were on time, really professional and I just wish I had booked them in the first place. Thanks guys.

We were so impressed with the Team. They really knew what they were doing and their guidance has been spot on. Even though the move didn't work out for us, they helped us to restore some balance, put boxes back to where belonged, and made some very useful and proactive suggestions. The Team never put any pressure on us, working with us and did the best they could in the challenging circumstance being a real positive during a stressful day. Even though things didn't go as planned, they made it much easier for us. Great teamwork, friendly, reliable and flexible. Would definitely recommend for a professional, friendly and stress free move.

Very unprofessional. I had my house surveyed and they gave me a particular quote based on a bigger vehicle. On the day of shifting, i was surprised to see a smaller truck than what was promised. As expected, the things couldn’t fit, so they called me and charged me another 345 ponds in addition to the 695 that i had to pay. The transportation incharge blatantly lied saying that he sent me a 5.5 vehicle when he actually sent me a 3.5. Not recommended. Dont be fooled by the reviews posted. These are not true.

After I posted the review, you call me and an offer me a compensation to pull off this review??? Why would you even do that?
If you were professional enough, you should have sorted things before we moved. If you noticed that the things were extra it was simple for you to say that you can’t do it because of whatever reasons. When you surveyed the place, things were in wardrobes, cupboards, kitchen stuff in the cabinets etc. When all this is taken out, where would they go? You expect a 3 bedroom jouse stuff to fit in 20 boxes!!! You must be joking. Before the move was made, - when I was desperately trying to reach you with no response and mobiles switched off. You are absolutely absurd. You are not a trustworthy service provider.

Great price and service from start to finish. Thank you to Rana, Galu, Carlos and Shezar for helping my elderly parents with their move on the hottest day of the year!

Excellent job with guys , super quick and professional!super helpful and kind ! They disassembling furniture and pack very professional, really appreciate! Will highly recommend this company!!

Very helpful. They did a great job of filling the vans fully and worked at an efficient pace. We'll be using them again for our next move.

Rana, Shezar and Krishna were helpful, proactive, considerate and very hard working. Thanks for making the move back to Brighton easy!

5 stars for Rana, and Shaice. A very polite and professional team!

Rana and his team were great! Would recommend

Excellent services, the guys worked really hard. Wrapped all sofas and bed etc to make sure they weren’t damaged.

Will definitely use them again.

Rana and his team where very polite, well organised and friendly. We were very nervous about our move and using a company we didn’t know but we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. They worked tirelessly with a smile on their face. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Rana and Umar were especially competent and friendly.
Thank you Rana, Gallu, Umar and Shaice

The team turned up very promptly and worked hard and efficiently to get everything packed in good time. Then after a 3 hour drive, they unloaded in similarly efficient manner. Very polite and accommodating, highly recommended

Brilliant service, 100% reliable, professional, very polite and efficient. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had the service from Stars Removals to move my house from Hounslow to Romford. The quote from them was lesser than other movers and I though it might reflect on their service. But to my pleasant surprise, the staff was very proficient and handled everything very carefully. Rana, Krishna and Talha were polite, considerate and very helpful, and they handled the fragile items with utmost care. Some furniture items were heavy but they moved them to the first floor nicely. I had zero damages to any of the goods delivered and they placed everything wherever I requested them to, without any complain. I highly recommend their services.

Again shoutout to Rana, Krishna and Talha.
