Stars Removals Anmeldelser

Prompt, Friendly and Professional!
From our first interaction with Stars Removals through to unloading the last box their team were professional, easy to work with, friendly and very punctual. Communication was excellent throughout both in liaising date and time, down to the removals team on the day. Super reliable and fast service - highly recommend.

Rana and Awwal were Exceptional, very helpful, very professional and friendly.

From the initial call to moving the last piece of furniture the team provided and excellent and friendly service

Rana and team just left after an exhausting couple of days. They work so hard and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend!

The Stars Removals team were exceptional! There were some difficult items to move(including a 4.7m cutting table)….. they did it so calmly and with such ease, and were super polite during the whole experience. We will 100% be back in touch when we need to relocate to our new site.

It was a difficult move as we were downsizing but Rana and his very nice team were great and helpful in making us feel comfortable with the whole process. It was a particularly nasty rainy and windy day but it all went well.

The team at Stars Removals did an amazing job moving us from London to Edinburgh - from a first floor flat to a third floor flat with no lifts! All went very smoothly. The team were very communicative and happy to answer any questions both before we booked them, in the lead up to the move and during the move. They also worked incredibly hard to move all the furniture and boxes we had at a swift pace. Would recommend using them.

excellent service. Rana, Galo and Thanga were very efficient. Will use again for sure

RANA & RAJA showed us that powerlifting is not for everyone. In less than 45mn they helped us empty a 2bedroom flat ( family of 5 ) and wow
Speed , accuracy, timing. No items was even broken. This team is to recommend 👌, give them 10× 5stars.
I will definitely asked for their service again.
Guys my family is greetings you.
Thank you so so much.

Rana and his team were quick and efficient I would recommend!

Punctual, polite, good energy, willingness to help, flexible and very easy to work with. Really nice employees who were so good and efficient. I would definitely use again and recommend highly to friends.

the entire team were incredibly hard working, flexible and polite. It made what is meant to be one of life's most stressful events so easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team !!

We used their serivce, the people were very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend them.

I am very impressed by the professionalism and kind manner of Stars Removal team. Rana, Shakti and Amir were so proficient. They each had their skills. Shakti packed the vans so incredibly. It was like a puzzle. Everything fit perfectly and with maximum support. Rana had the strength of two men. He also carefully moved big furniture without touching the walls, even through our narrow Victorian house.
The really looked after our belongings and they delivered and unpacked everything without any breakages. So impressive.
I won’t be moving anytime soon, but when we do, we’ll use Stars removal.

Excellent service throughout. The admin team were prompt with their responses and super helpful, and gave us a reasonable quote. Packing team of Rana and Saran worked fast and efficiently. Packed our 2 bedroom house in 5 hours. Would have taken us weeks! On removal day, Farhan, Rana, and Saif worked tirelessly. Can't thank them enough for successfully moving us with such great efficacy. Subarna and Gavin (Belvedere to Sidcup move 18th Sep)

Rana and Team were great and extremely helpful, nothing was to much for them.
We was clearing out and old school and the team made light work of moving what was required for relocation.
They even accommodated and additional last minute van load to another site, even on a Saturday, no complaining just wanted to be helpful.
Recommend highly great bunch of guys.

I cannot highly recommend Stars Removal and Storage, at time of going through changes in my life they supported and bent over backwards to accommodate me. The team who did the move out and move in were professional clean and were very accommodating in placing my furniture and belongings in the right rooms and in the right places always checking to make sure I was happy with everything. So a massive thanks for your hard work.

Our house move removal date kept changing, but this was not an issue for Qasim. He was happy to move it on all summer. Finally, when the chain fell apart, he returned my deposit without and questions. I booked with Star removal & storage after reviewing 10 other companies. I was correct to do so as this now has proved I was right. They are very professional during their visit to assess what I needed and with all communications. We will be moving some time in the future, and I will not be looking anywhere else. Book with this company!

The removal itself was fine. We got three quotes and Stars Removal and Storage were the most competitive. However, the quote didn't work the way we expected.
When we've used movers before, they came and assessed what needed moving, and then quoted for the job of 'packing everything up, moving it to the second property, and carrying it all in. [Full stop].'
That wasn't quite what was being quoted. In this case, the Terms & Conditions include overtime in the event the job goes outside of 9-5pm. To be fair it is there in the small print. However, when we took up the quote, we had no way of knowing how long the job would take, or what that additional cost would be. (I would ordinarily expect a removal company quoting to assess and price for the job, rather than pass the risk/uncertainty on to the customer).
We ended up with a bill for £450 more than the original quote. That rather soured the overall experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional responses during the quotation phase and they matched a very competitive offer. Their fee was very competitive overall. Set up of collection was seamless.
On the day Salim and his crew were at our house on time and packed up quickly but carefully. Nothing was damaged or lost.
They were incredibly patient as our onward property purchased was delayed all day until 4pm, they waited without question.
Unpacking was smooth and easy.
I cannot h thank them enough for their flexibility in the day and professional service. Would highly recommend them in this busy space!
