Fantastic removal experience with Star Removal & Storage!
My experience with Star removal from the beginning of the initial quote was excellent, attentive and immediately responsive to all my questions. I needn’t of worried as the guys turned on time and were amazing. Worked so hard and were always very respectful of my belongings and me. If you need a removal company who are polite and easy to deal with, responsive to your needs this is the company. I can’t speak highly enough of them and also very cost effective compared to others.

Check your quote
Had someone come to our house to survey and take note of what we required moving (just heavy items and dismantling and reassemble of beds), rest of the move was being completed by us. Competitive price received. Get to the day of the move, the team arrived on time, they were told not to dismantle or reassemble, despite me requesting this. Bulky items that were included in the quote were left in the old house and had to be moved by us. Ended up paying them but doing it ourselves

We appreciate the time you took to provide us with your feedback. We want to confirm that on February 16, 2024, we submitted an estimate quote encompassing packing material, packing services, and dismantling and re-assembling.
During the on-site survey, it was confirmed that you want to relocate a specific set of items. These items include a dining table and chairs, Kallas, dryer, medium-sized fridge, two 2-seater recliner sofas, TV unit, frame bed, sideboard, big desk and chair, Ottoman bed (which may or may not be relocated), Chester, garden bench, kids' playhouse, and a large sideboard in the garage. I would like to let you know that you also confirmed you don't require any packing materials, packing services, or any dismantling or reassembling of furniture.
On the 26th of February 2024, a revised quotation was dispatched to your attention, which explicitly indicated that the dismantling and reassembling of the subject item was deemed inapplicable, based on the results of the survey conducted.
Our team has confirmed that they disassembled a double bed, a single bed, and a large desk, transported them to the new premises, and reassembled them. It is noteworthy that these services were carried out despite not being included in the final quotation quote.
Even our team transported your fridge full of stuff which they were not supposed to take.
I would highly recommend reviewing the final quotation that was sent on 26/02/2024 to verify that dismantling and re-assembly were not included. It is imperative to ensure that these services were not included in the final quotation and We transported all the large items mentioned during the onsite survey.
Great service
The quote was very competitive and the movers arrived on time and kept me updated throughout. The overall service was very good and I would recommend this company.

Great experience
Great experience. I'm compared to other cheap companies out there that will sell you anything. You enter the price here, but they offer and take care of your possessions in addition to all the details surrounding the move. I wholeheartedly endorse this business.

An absolutely fantastic experience from all staff members. They helped me out a lot and the two staff that came to my new home went above and beyond the call of duty.
The packer had a great expert approach to packing my belongings.

Reliable and responsive
Overall a great experience moving with Stars Removal. Having got quotes from several companies (national and based in London), I found them the most responsive and patient. On the moving day, the movers are fast and polite. Although there were some hiccoughs they were quick to sort out the problem.
