They moved up the delivery date (yay), but no one home: no note, not left at door/safe space, not taken to collection point (do they have any..?).
"Article returned to sender." -> I contact support of vendor. "They'll send it again on date X."
"Something went wrong when sorting the parcel, it's delayed."
"Delivery on date Y". -> I'm at home all day, no ring no nothing.
Delivery status today "We ran out of time yesterday, new delivery coming soon."
"Oh no, parcel sorted incorrectly..."
And round we go.

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. You have no idea where your package is and it will get delayed without fail, no communication, and if you try and email them all you get is an automated response saying contact the sender. Beyond useless, find another carrier
Begrijp er niets van: uitstekend
Begrijp er niets van. Gewoon perfect. Deed een bestelling bij Oral B en zag dat dit door deze carrier werd vervoerd. Kende het niet, dus zocht op trustpilot. Allemaal ellende en 1,5 ster. Wat schetst mijn verbazing: kreeg tracking mail, dag later keurig door PostNL bezorgd. Echt uitstekend.

Awaiting a package in Ireland from Germany. The selling company send me a shipping confirmation 24th of July with tracking code 6F5100013649.
On spring website that tracking number since 24th of July has status parcel created only. I’m waiting now for 21 days.
Upon trying to reach spring I got an automated email stating I needed to contact sending company. But they do not reply at all. Stuck in limbo so. Dreadful experience.
Update 28th of August it was delivered.

Absolute Scam
They say the package is ready to be collected but NEVER say where and how to get it, they also have VERY bad customer support and ACTIVELY try NOT to help you. Should be punished and criminalized and shouldn‘t be allowed in Europe, absolute scam. It‘s amazing how they‘re even allowed to deliver in Europe out of all places, where Customer rights are protected under many laws.

I ordered a seatpost and all of the sudden a week after the delivery expectancy, they said the package was unable to be delivered. It should’ve been here by now. They told me to contact them, or else the package would be returned. I also still haven’t gotten my money back from them.

Erg blij als klant met mijn webshop
Als klant van Spring ben ik met mijn bedrijf erg blij met hun werk. Ze bieden erg goede verzendprijzen aan voor mijn webshop door heel de wereld, accountmanagers zijn goed bereikbaar en hulp van hun IT is mijn systeembeheerder ook altijd over te spreken.
Hier lijkt men volgens mij niet goed te begrijpen dat Spring GDS een bedrijf is dat tussen de webshop en het leverende postbedrijf zit. En dus niet het daadwerkelijke leverende bedrijf is. De reviews hier zouden volgens mij eigenlijk alleen van echte Spring klanten moeten zijn, dus webshops, en niet mensen die hun pakketje niet goed krijgen geleverd.
Voelde mij toch enigszins genoodzaakt een tegengeluid te geven aan de naar mijn mening oneerlijke en ongegronde reviews.

I bought a dog from Florida. the lady shiped it. Thats when the fun started. They told me I had to pay $800.00 and it would be refunded. well I payed it. Then they told me because the dog had to stay it was going into quarteen. well after that they told me I would have to pay $450 more, so I did. then they said because I was so rude I would have to pay another $450.so I did. then they said because it took me so long to get it I would have to come up with more. well I am on SS, I am 76 years old. it took me a long time to save that kind of money & they took it all. I will never get my money or my dog. thay took a lot of money from me & I still don't have my dog.
