Le pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner cero. Por desgracia, esta pésima empresa de transporte es la encargada de entregar las tarjetas bancarias de Revolut. Tras un mes de espera para recibir mi tarjeta, y dado que no se respetaron los plazos ya de por sí largos que se habían indicado, acabé cancelándola y solicitando otra. Una semana más tarde, encontré la primera tarjeta que había pedido tirada en el suelo delante de mi puerta, a pesar de que tengo un buzón y un timbre accesibles y de que estaba en casa en el momento de la entrega. ¡Este transportista es el peor que he visto nunca, tirar una tarjeta bancaria delante de una puerta, donde cualquiera podría haberla cogido! Por suerte, ya estaba desactivada, pero él no lo sabía, es absolutamente escandaloso... Hay que boicotear a este transportista.

Pésima experiencia. Esperaba un paquete que me enviaría un vendedor de amazon, no se x q razón usa esta paqueteria horrible, el caso es que me pedian pagar aduanas cuando esa práctica no estaba autorizada x amazon. Supuestamente mi dirección era errónea pero es la misma donde recibo los paquetes, después aparecía como producto entregado pero es falso! Escribí correos y jamás me contestaron.

My experience with Spring GDS has been unacceptable. Runners Inn (SPAIN) continues to use Spring GDS for UK deliveries despite the fact that Trustpilot is filled with negative reviews about this courier. Customers in the UK are being misled into believing they are purchasing from a reliable service, only to face delays, poor communication, and parcels stuck in transit with no accountability.
Spring GDS has a terrible reputation for a reason. A TrustScore of 1.2/5 with hundreds of reviews speaks for itself. My parcel is still undelivered, and neither company has provided a proper solution.
Runners Inn should seriously reconsider using this courier for UK orders, and UK customers should be clearly warned before purchasing. At the very least, delivery expectations and courier details should be transparent from the start.

efectuei uma encomenda na primor no dia 14-03-2026, a qual foi enviada no dia 19-03-2026. até hoje nunca chegou e rastreei a encomenda e ha mais de duas semanas que diz que está na alfandega.... pessimo serviço.

Der Versand mit diesem Unternehmen dauert eindeutig zu lange. Pakete bewegen sich wochenlang nicht weiter. Ich verstehe nicht warum sich Unternehmen für Spring GDS als Dienstleister entscheiden. Ich habe schon öfter mit Spring zu tun gehabt und immer hat es 2 Wochen und länger gedauert, bis das Paket sich das erste mal bewegt hat.

paczka nie doszła napsali, że nie odebrana ale nie było żadnego kontaktu od kuriera napisali, że dostarczą od 9 do 19 czekałem cały dzię następnego dnia wpis.. paczka zwrócona nadawcy.....jawna kpina

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf. via Amazon iets besteld, komt (zolang het blijkbaar niet door Spring verzonden wordt) altijd aan. Dit keer dus niets gekregen.
Amazon heeft netjes mijn geld terug gegeven, maar het ging me echt om het product wat niet verkrijgbaar is in Nederland.

have been waiting for a parcel for more than 3 weeks now, tracking is stuck and no response from the useless customer service. I've tried to contact them via the form and instagram and nobody managed to receive an answer, nor me nor the company sending the package.

Costumer service is horrible pretty much useless no response at all and I lost my money since they most likely lost one part of my package since it didn’t arrive terrible service it’s been now 3 months and no answer

Worst delivery company ever used by Violette the makeup company that have amazing products but sadly appalling delivery and a record of poor delivery issues ….. the orders are sent from the US and then once in Europe Spring GDS take over the delivery / distribution for Europe …they consistently failing to deliver the goods….clearly there are issues so why anyone uses them I do not know no one wins here not the company using them or then end user 😑😑😑

What a sh… shocking company. If you thought your usual delivery companies were bad you did not meet this one. I would not use this company even if my life would depend on it. And I can’t believe some brands are trusting them.

Paketti ei tule perille. Seuranta näyttää hoosiannaa. Yritys ei tiedä missä pakettini on. Yritys ei vastaa yhteydenottoihin. Myyjä odottaa vastausta. Minä odotan vastausta.

The parcel does not arrive. The tracking shows hosanna. The company does not know where my parcel is. The company does not respond to contacts. The seller is waiting for a response. I am waiting for a response. I am waiting for the parcel. The parcel cannot be found, although the tracking shows that the seller has delivered it to the company.

Check well when you're ordering online, if the website you're buying from is using this spring gds. Because if they do then you'll never have it delivered. There's literally no customer support about shipments and the tracking doesn't work. They keep sending items back and then they lose track. Happened to me twice in the last two things I've ordered and spring gds is supposed to deliver. Even being in an EU country doesn't make any difference. It's a horrible service that will lose your items, waste your time and money. Avoid anyone who works with them at all cost.

Pakket zou geleverd zijn, maar op een huisnummer dat niet bestaat. Verkoper doet weinig moeite om mee te denken. Spring GDS is zelf niet te bereiken.

Já perdi uma encomenda que disseram que entregaram e nunca chegou em casa e agora uma outra que está na alfândega desde 07/01 e nao atualiza mais nada, ja entrei em contato com o bikeinn e eles tiram a responsabilidade de lado, não recomendo nunca mais essa GDS Spring, não tem contato pra tentar localizar ou saber o que está acontecendo. péssima transportadora.

ve had repeated and serious delivery issues with Spring GDS. Multiple parcels have been delayed, marked as “address incorrect” despite correct addresses, or simply not delivered at all. In one case, the parcel was out for delivery and then returned without proper contact.

As a seller, this has caused refunds, reprints, and unhappy customers. I previously stopped using another print provider because they relied on Spring GDS, and unfortunately I’m now facing the same problems again. Very unreliable service and poor communication.

Niet aan de deur geweest. Las notitie over defecte bel en dat er flink geklopt moest worden en leverde het elders af zonder te zeggen waar. Bedrijf is niet bereikbaar voor navraag.
