1 Stern ist schon Zuviel

Leider absolut enttäuschend. Ich warte seit dem 03.01.2026 auf meine bestellte Ware und bis heute ist nichts angekommen. Eine Lieferung, die sich über Wochen hinzieht, ist schlicht unterirdisch und wirkt komplett unprofessionell.

Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass Lieferfristen kommuniziert werden, die in der Realität offensichtlich nicht eingehalten werden. So etwas ist beschämend und für Kundinnen und Kunden nicht akzeptabel, aber auch für Online Shops, die sich auf einen funktionierenden Versandpartner verlassen und dadurch selbst in ein schlechtes Licht geraten.

Ich werde künftig konsequent Bestellungen vermeiden, bei denen der Versand über Spring GDS läuft. Zum Glück trifft man nur wenige Online Shops an, die den Versand über diesen Kurier abwickeln.

Terrible to make customers wait months…

Terrible to make customers wait months for their items. Somebody isn't doing their job. If I could give them no stars that's what I would do. Avoid them at all cost. There's no excuse for an item to sit there over a month when the package made it to the country of delivery. It's very insulting especially when the prices are so high. I hope you lose all your customers. Terrible again

paczka nie przyszła, kontaktu nie ma i nie da się go znalezc na stronie, strona wygląda jak scam. Musiałam udawać, że rekrutuje się do tej firmy żeby dostać maila do serwisu xd.. Nie da się go tu wkleić.

Esta transportadora não é de confiança

Esta transportadora não é de confiança! A minha encomenda do AliExpress que recebi hoje 19/01/2026, foi furtada! Alguém, durante o transporte até Portugal cortou cuidadosamente o saco, removeu o que interessava e voltou a fechar cuidadosamente com fita cola...ficou tão bem que nem notei ao receber! Quando abri o saco era só a caixa ...Enfim... Muito má experiência!

Spring GDS is a scam. Totally incompetent. They are not a courier company, they keep everyone’s packages and don't deliver them, which is reflected by 80% of the reviews being 1*. I would rather place the item in a bottle & throw it in the ocean than depend on these clowns.

Third‑party order via Spring GDS

I ordered a third‑party product through Decathlon, which was shipped by Spring GDS. My Decathlon items arrived within three days, but the Spring GDS shipment still has no confirmed delivery date (after 6 days).

After seeing 800+ negative reviews, I asked Decathlon customer service to cancel the order immediately. They could only submit a request to the seller, so I’m now waiting for confirmation and a refund.

Mistakes can happen, but the volume and duration of negative feedback suggest structural issues at Spring GDS—particularly around communication and delivery timelines. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend using Spring GDS.

Servicio deplorable

Mi experiencia? Si pudiera ponerle 0 estrellas lo haría. Realizo una compra en una joyería de Alicante el día 3 de diciembre. La primera vez que lo envían, esta empresa lo "pierde" y la segunda, enviado por la joyería el 27/12, lo envían de Madrid a Francia. Ahora mismo ya no sé ni donde se encuentra.
Tuvieron que suspender geografía y no saben que Santa Cruz de Tenerife pertenece a España.
Si querían hacer un tour turístico me hubieran avisado y hubiera ido yo también.
Por cierto, a todas estas, estos señores no responden a los correos enviados.

Tracciatura ferma dal primo giorno

Al telefono sono cordisliasimi, ottima esperienza riguardo questo e cercano la tracciatura. Il problema sta nel fatto che ,non per colpa di chi assiste al telefono, il pacco non e' assolutamente tracciabile, il mio risulta ancora dal 23 come parcel created e dati trasmessi a Bartolini , stop...da allora nessun aggiornamento e non si può sapere dove sia fisicamente il pacco , dove lo stanno smistando o se il mittente lo ha consegnato . Era per un regalo ...rimasti senza regalo .

This is almost outrageous

This is almost outrageous! I've never encountered such a bad company in my circle; it's practically fraudulent. If a company needs to deliver to its customers and this "useless delivery company" can't keep to the schedule or even loses packages, it can cost a good company extra or even ruin its reputation. I strongly advise staying away from this delivery service because it will fail 100% of the time and is therefore completely useless.

Champions of sustainable logistics

Oh boy.....so, you call yourself green but instead of generating 1.3 ton of CO2, you have generated 2.4.! That's green! Sustainable? Sure! Make sense? Hell yeah! From Girona to Zagreb is 1488km but somehow geniuses at this company made a conclusion that it would be more sustainable to send the package from Girona to Hague, then from Hague to Zagreb. Brilliant! Instead of 1488 km, it's more sustainable to run a fully loaded diesel truck for 2900km through Europe. Logistics reinvented!

Don't use this company

Don't use this company as they don't even attempt to deliver just take them to the post office parcel depot. You pay a 48hr tracked delivery charge for a non service as you have to go to parcel depot to collect it which could be miles away depending on where you live. If there was a 0 score that's what it would be. Parcel force are actually paying them to deliver them to there own sorting offices?????? On reading your reply the local courier that you use
seems to be the problem. Had to drive a 36 mile round trip to collect from parcel force depot who told me the parcel had been returned there and never left the building from then on, even though I received a message on the app saying it was attempted everyday the following week which it wasn't! Was it? Still looks bad on yourselves when you use useless 3rd party couriers who get paid for a non service.

SHOCKING customer service

SHOCKING customer service!
I ordered something from overseas and was told it would be delivered within 30 days...I have waited almost 2 months and no delivery or comms!

Tracking says my parcel has reached SA, but there has been no movement or progress since 20 November.

I have sent countless emails to both Spring and EPG and receive no response. This is so frustrating. Are they even a real company? I can't believe that a business can be so useless and people still use them?!

Repartidor marcó entregado y suplantó mi identidad


​Me dirijo a ustedes para interponer una reclamación formal

Compra en private sport shop entrega con ustedes con subcobtrata en cttexpress que falsifico la entrega

​El motivo de esta reclamación se basa en la falsedad del estado de entrega, y lo detallo cronológicamente:

1. En la fecha de entrega, su repartidor me hizo entrega únicamente de 4 paquetes correctamente.
2. ​Una hora y media después de esa entrega física, el quinto paquete pendiente fue marcado en su sistema como "Entregado" sin haber sido recibido por mí.
​Inmediatamente después, contacté telefónicamente al repartidor, quien me facilitó su número de WhatsApp y me solicitó expresamente que no utilizara los medios oficiales ni llamara a la empresa para solucionar el problema.
​Posteriormente, a través de WhatsApp (conversación que tengo grabada y documentada), el repartidor reconoció su error al haber marcado el paquete como entregado por equivocación.

​Por lo tanto, el estado "Entregado" es incorrecto, ilegítimo y comprobado por su propio personal. Exijo la rectificación inmediata de este estado, la localización urgente del paquete y su entrega efectiva.

​Acciones Legales Iniciadas:

Debido a esta grave incidencia y al intento de gestión fuera de los cauces oficiales:

​Hemos presentado la correspondiente Denuncia Formal ante la autoridad de Consumo competente.

​Hemos formalizado una denuncia ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD/RGPD), debido a la falsedad en el registro de la entrega y el presunto uso indebido de mi DNI para simular la recepción del paquete.
​Esperando una respuesta y solución inmediata, y reservándome el derecho de continuar con todas las acciones legales,

Sois vosotros que no habéis querido investigar, lo habéis dado por entregado vosotros, no os excuses, y os van a caer una buena, por omisión de una supuestamente estafa, eso es vuestro problema a quien le entregueis vuestras subscobtratas, ustedes sois responsables, y habeis omitido mi petición de ayuda, eso es contribuir a la supuestamente estafa, ustedes mismo el que ávisa no es traidor, voy con todo, se han vulnerando mis derechos y lo habéis permitido, sois cómplices igual por omisión y por no abrir una investigación.

lügen wie gedruckt. die alte leier, keine zustellung möglich ??? es waren 3 personen anwesend, es wurden in der zeit 5 pakete zugestellt, es kamen 2 gasableser während des tages .... aber SPRING konnte nicht zustellen. wann hören diese firmen endlich auf, ihre kunden zu belügen und betrügen ?
