Package delivered 10 days in late and not by them.
I expected a package, to present, at 18th of december. Yesterday the package turned out be lost, and obviously wasn't been delivered at all. Today, 28th december, my package is arrived, 10 days in late, and even at the hand of another shipping company.

Purposely failed delivery
I was there all day. Nevertheless, the delivery man never knocked or rang at the door. Instead, he dropped a card in my mailbox asking to go pick up my parcel at 2km from my home. Bad service.
Spring-GDS must be the worst courier…
Spring-GDS must be the worst courier you can possibly get in Europe. Long delays in shipping, and no explanations. No attempts at contacts answered. You can write to a stupid robot, and repeatedly get the same questions in return. Avoid them at all costs, and avoid online sellers who employ this rotten service. Unfortunately I can't give them zero or 5 negative stars.

Spring Global is the worst postal service I have ever come in contact with, by far! It’s less than a 50% chance that You’ll ever get stuff that’s send with Global. I will gladly pay twice as much for shipping that to have something shipped with this company. Avoid at all costs!!
Parcel sent to the wrong country!
My parcel was sent to the wrong COUNTRY! I noticed it in time by checking tracking number and tried to contact them (contact form, email, Facebook, phone), but there was no way to reach anybody. Just kept getting generic email replies.

ma commande trekkinn a été confiée au transporteur Spring gds, qui dit avoir, livré mon colis.
J'ai suivi mon colis à 16H55 hier il n'était toujours pas livré et à 17h10 il était inscrit sur le site comme livré à 17H02.
Le livreur n'a pas déposé le colis. Mon mari était dans notre jardin situé devant notre boite aux lettres de 16H30 à 17H30 et il n'a pas vu le livreur mettre le colis.
Attention à ce transporteur , J'ai déposé une réclamation

Die haben 8 Tage gebraucht um ein kleines Paket von Polen nach Deutschland zu transportieren. Jetzt liegt es ca eine Woche in irgendeinem Lagerhaus herum. Es geht einfach nicht weiter. Auch die Firma anzuschreiben bringt garnichts, da nur anfragen durchkommt, die neue Aufträge mitbringen. Alles anderes Blockiert deren System….
Missing parcels 3 times in a row
lost my shipment three times in a row already, somehow all my parcels just mysteriously disappear after arriving in the country this is a scam at this point

Pakket razendsnel van USA in NL, snel door de douane (BTW was vooraf al afgedragen) en dan maar 11 dagen wachten op een pakket dat in een loods lag (Den Haag) voor aflevering via Post.NL in Den Haag. Spring verwijst naar de afzender, doet geen moeite het pakket te traceren. Mogelijk ontvreemd door grijpgrage handjes van eigen personeel dat er komende maanden goed gekleed bij loopt. Een baggerbedrijf dus. Zal de afzender vragen Spring niet meer te gebruiken.

Just horrible. They are impossible to contact and redirects you everywhere else, whilst they are the only problem, the "attempted delivery" trick is so pathetic and sad, give me a break.

Als ich die Bewertungen (vor allem neue) gesehen habe, welche meistens einen Stern hatten, habe ich meine Bestellung bereits bereut. Doch zu meiner Überraschung war Spring nicht nur unglaublich schnell, sondern auch wirklich zuverlässig und sehr gut. :)

Got message that my delivery failed in time stamp 14:44 but got the message in time 13:58... Do they live in future?

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely slow delivery and then when it finally arrived I needed a pin to retrieve item but no emails or texts contained pin so my parcel is in a drop point across the rd and they won't give it to me without a pin. So much time wasted on this! I think companies should say what delivery company they use as that would definitely influence where I buy!

Hi i am waiting on a small parcel to be shipped to me in Ireland from France. Tracking number 6F5100015921 its been 8 working days has passed. stuck in NL transit hub no updates the last week. Its stuck in crossdock status. Will the status update change today Going to be next week at the earliest so that's like 9 to 10 working days. Shocking to think it takes this long. I've never wait 8+ working days for an order from the EU. Be the last time I'll use them. Very poor updates. 48hrs between updates. Unreal. Should leave it to the pros to deliver. DHL UPS to name a few only 3 or 4 days off them.
You quote 6 days max. Well that time has passed. I could have got the boat to France picked it up and be back to Ireland in 60hrs. Don't quote a time frame that you can't meet.

Totalt värdelöst. I spårningstjänsten står det att ingen var hemma. De har inte ens ringt på. Jag vet eftersom porttelefonen går till min mobiltelefon. Nu vet jag inte var paketet finns eftersom det inte finns någon kontaktinformation. Ska försöka undvika att beställa från bolag i framtiden som använder sig av den här transporttjänsten.

Le colis n’est jamais arrivé, soit disant que le livreur est passé alors que j’étais chez moi. Impossible de les joindre par téléphone, ou par e-mail pour savoir où est le colis.!!!Escrocs! A fuir cette pseudo société de transport!

Apparently the driver couldn't make the delivery and didn't leave any delivery note or way of contacting the company to organise receiving my order.
