Spitting Pig Anmeldelser

Just wanted to say a big thank you for your service at the Yacht Club on Saturday night. You arrived as planned and the service was excellent. The hog roast and sausages were delicious and the accompanying rolls, salads and fries etc. were also excellent. All the food was served on time by friendly staff. Great food and service from start to finish which made our celebrations an evening to remember. I will definitely recommend you to others. My only complaint for next time would be if you could do something about the weather :)

We recently booked spitting pig to do the Hog Roast for our wedding. It was absolutely amazing, I've had so many compliments about the food, which was delicous. Kyle and his team were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, it all ran very smoothly and i would very highly recomemd them. Thank you Kyle and all at spitting pig.

We booked Spitting Pig for my daughter's wedding. They wanted the hog roast but as a vegetarian I was a bit concerned about what the vegetarian option of pulled jackfruit would be like. In fact, everything was excellent and there was plenty of food too.The guests said they enjoyed the food and the staff were really lovely. The whole thing was really well organised. We also had a grazing board in the evening which was great too. Really happy.

The food was amazing, the team was great, it was the best catering we have had for an event. Everybody loved it and there was so much food. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I booked for my wife's party at the guildford social club. I highly recommend Spitting Pig.
Absolutely Amazing food, fresh, tender and delicious. Catered for everyone.
Big thanks to James, Jackie and Roy who were serving. Thank you so much for such lovely food and first class experience.

The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be booking The Spitting Pig again!!

Thank you for catering for us at our staff summer party! Caterers were on time with setup and on serving with plenty of food that we didn't go short. Infact there was more than enough for everyone to even have second servings. Your staff were fantastic and very friendly. Quality of the food was fantastic. Would highly recomend you and would definatly be intouch in the future. Thank you!

Where do I start... I cannot thank Mark and his team enough for the wonderful BBQ they hosted at our Corporate Event recently. We opted for the Southern Slow Gourmet Menu and we literally couldn't fault a thing. The food was delicious and tasty, plus there was so much of it. I received numerous positive comments from everyone who attend and people also mentioned how lovely the team were, they were very professional and friendly and couldn't do enough for me to make the event a success. Thank you once again for an amazing evening we will definitely be using your services again in the future.

We used Spitting Pig for a team BBQ. The food was well prepared, and the team could not have been happier. It was easy to organize and decide on the menu. The chefs were a delight and the team enjoyed interacting with them and the service provided.
10 out 10 would recommend!

We have nothing but praise for the caterers who served all of our members they were cheerful and had a good banter with every one, could not have asked for better service, meal was fantastic. Very well done.

The chefs and staff worked hard and produced an excellent 3 course dinner. Great food and served with a smile. Thank you.

'The best wedding food I have ever had'

That is what all my guests said to me and I totally agree! From the staff, to the food to the clear up. Steve and his team were absolutely fantastic, you really did provide the absolute best dinner for us and I am so happy we chose you guys for our big day! Thank you so much!

We used Spitting Pig for a recent party at home. Really lovely team from initial enquiry to the event. The food was amazing and all our guests commented. I would highly recommend.

Danny and Jordan provided a hog roast with all the trimming for our wedding. They were fantastic. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly getting everything set up. Food was delicious and they cleaned everything up afterwards. They were polite and helpful. Excellent hog roast team.

Really friendly and accommodating guys and delicious food.

We had Lee and his daughter provide for my parents' Golden Wedding Anniversary with a barbecue of beef brisket, cajun chicken, lamb, halloumi kebabs, macaroni cheese and sweet and potato fries.

They were extremely professional. Arrived at the time we asked and just got on with it without a fuss. They served up at the time we asked and made sure that everyone had what they wanted.

The food was delicious with large portions. The lamb especially was really tasty.

They tidied up well and were extremely tidy.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Brilliant!

We had a hog roast at our home for a family gathering. The whole process, from booking right through to the day itself, was seamless. Sophie was very helpful with the booking and Alistair came to check out the venue in advance. The pork was absolutely delicious, beautifully cooked and with lovely crackling, stuffing and apple sauce. and very much enjoyed by our guests who came back for extra helpings. Alistair was great company on the day and took away all the concern about catering allowing us to enjoy our guests’ company. At the end, he packed up the leftovers for us and left everything in good order. I can highly recommend this company and would certainly hire them again.

Good morning Kate,
Thank you for hosting the catering at my wife’s 60th birthday party on Sat 9 Dec at the Reading Rooms in Gloucester.
The service that I received from you has been exemplary, from my initial enquiry, to Lee and his assistant arriving on the day. Their timekeeping was superb and with the introductions over they set to work.
Lee was very professional and catered for our every need, his communication leading up to the party was excellent and all the guests commented on his smart appearance and work ethic.
The food was served to a very high standard, unbeknown to Lee, both myself and my wife are ex RAF military chefs, with many a pig roast under our belt.
I’m sorry I did not get to see Lee before he left, however he did say goodbye to my wife and daughter, an excellent event and there was no sign after the dismantling of the gazebo and all the equipment that they had ever been here in the first place. A fantastic job well executed.
The ease in which Spitting Pig dealt with everything was superb, from the lovely telephone manner whenever I called you, to the swift and very prompt emails.
I shall have no hesitation in recommending you in the future.
Thank you very much.
Pete

The food and service provided by Alastair and Kate was exceptional; from start to finish a high class service. I would not hesitate to recommend Spitting Pig to anyone to cater for their event.
Thank you.

We held our Christmas Party at our offices and got them in to do us the Xmas meal. They were fantastic. Darren and his wife could not have been more helpful. The food was served hot and there was plenty for everyone. It was absolutely delicious. This is the second time we have used The Spitting Pig and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Highly recommend.
