Absolutely top class company making top class kit. Always excited to get my hands on new releases, knowing that I can really trust it to be put through its paces out in the wet and the wind. Can always tell that the stuff is designed by people who actually ride all year round. Can't recommend highly enough.

Recently I noticed a small hole in my SPATZWEAR Thermoz deep winter gloves. I contacted Spatz for assistance, they pretty much instantly replied, asked for a photograph (which I sent) I was then told that they would investigate things their end and get back to me ASAP.

Less than 24hrs later, I had a reply from the Spatzwear team, informing me that a fresh new set of gloves where already in the post on their way to me… Absolutely Incredible!!!

Unbelievable product, incredible customer service. I ordered the ProStealth Overshoe system after one brutal ride in which I was left suffering with cold feet for hours, and I simply cannot believe what a fantastic upgrade this has been. Problem solved. Very small issue with one of my covers, I reached out to customer service and got a response within the hour, late at night no less. I could not be happier, love the product, love the service, I'll be back for more.

I ordered one of these on sale late fall in too small a size and even though the sale-stock was sold out in all sizes, Spaetz customer service was immediately available to communicate, provide guidance and instructions on an exchange, and then sent me the new version of the jersey in a larger size as soon as it became available. The jersey fits like a glove, is well made, and has all the details one expects from this company. And it performs in a range of temps as advertised! I've used on fast group rides in milder weather and some solo ventures in the freezing cold. Great product, amazing service. Thank you!

I have used Spatz products for a few years now. The only product to solve the cold feet when cycling in winter problem. I tried one of their more recent designs (fasta) and was helped enormously by their customer service team who suggested i return the product and size up. It has worked a treat, and am very grateful

I was recently given a pair of Spatz gloves and there was a minor issue with them. I raised the issue and I cannot fault the level of service and customer care I received. The issue was dealt with to my complete satisfaction and as such I have become a loyal customer. I will be purchasing from Spatz when I next need some new cycling apparel.

Bought the "THRMOZ" Deep Winter Gloves. Brilliant !!
Out in 0C and my hands were super toasty , usually I struggle a bit with cold hands.
Fit is also great even with the claw things on , whereas a lot of other deep winter gloves I have tried are too bulky and you lose the feel for your handlebars - these are perfect !

Customer service was also excellent during purchase etc.

Highly recommended.
