Soarz have some great products ,I own baselayers, gloves ,snood overshoes to name a few but their customer service is awful .I recently bought a new pair of race gloves and unfortunately the stitching burst .I contacted them over a week ago with pictures of the seam etc ,got a reply almost instantly saying its been passed on to tge relevant people .That was over a week ago now ,I emailed again and still nothing .
When you claim to be high end products your customer service should reflect that,sadly spatz gave failed and I'll no l9nger be buying any other products from them .

Love all the Spatz collection. The pro stealth winter overshoes are a game changer for winter cycling, they have completely changed winter training for me. I also love the Shield glasses, great for racing. I have just started using the Fasta aero suit and it’s really comfortable, 3 pockets and fits really well. The shield jacket is the best winter jacket I have.

I ordered overshoes which were damaged after just two rides. The customer service contacted me and has sent over a replacing pair straight away.

Have had multiple items from Spatzwear, including overshoes, aero race suit and gloves. I have found the quality to be superb on all items I’ve received. When I had a problem with my “Race Glovz” Lisa in customer support was very prompt in resolving the issue.

Had a slight issue with my Deep Winer Gloves, which have been fantastic, and got in touch with Spatzwear. I got an immediate response from Lisa, in Customer Operations and a new pair have been despatched. Brilliant customer service from a great British brand. Yorkshire always delivers above and beyond.

I bought a pair of Pro Stealth overshoes in the autumn and found them to be excellent through the rainy winter on my miserable northern commute. No leaking, always warm, like leaving my feet in the living room while I went out in the cold and wet!

I found a small split developing on the front of one in the spring and contacted Spatzwear to ask about how best to repair / glue it back together, not angling for anything more than some advice.

The help centre contacted me and immediately offered a replacement set or credit note.

Fantastic customer service and a delight to deal with. Will be coming back for some Fasta's when I've finally killed my first gen Legalz!

I had a minor issue with the piping on the pockets of my Burnr gillet, after a quick conversation with the customer care team they assessed the issue and sent a replacement. Amazing customer service

I had a minor issue with my Windsock overshoes. A quick enquiry to customer services about their experience with the product and if they’d seen a similar issue before led to the kind offer of a replacement. I’ve learned with cycling gear that you get what you pay for, both in terms of quality of product and quality of aftercare. Spatzwear are an excellent company to buy products from because they care about the experience their customers have in using them and do what they can to help if something doesn’t work out.

They took back some items that arrived late and I procrastinated on returning in a timely manner. They are great to work with. I will definitely order from them again.

Had an issue with a product, sent an email and within the day i had a reply that they were going to handle it. The next a replacement item was sent without any fuss.

Whilst i had an issue with a spatzwear product, I have to say that they researched that issue and provided me with a replacement product without issues.

If you do have an issue with any of their products you can be assured that spatzwear will take your complaint seriously and provide a solution.

As a long suffering cyclist, I am always trying to get the best value for any product I buy, let's face it, nothing is cheap in this world.
I decided, this winter to invest in 2 products from Spatz, some overshoes and gloves. Both were what I would describe as pricey in the range of products available that do similar jobs but after a a couple of months of using them, I can see where that extra money went. The overshoes are class. Having dry feet on wet days, and being warm enough to actually sweat on the coldest days was a new experience for me. It allowed me to get out on a few days when I might have sacked it off and sat on the Wattbike instead. In general, I am a non-glove wearer but I have been converted by the Thermoz gloves. No cold numb fingers but not too hot that they were uncomfortable. Great fit - be careful with sizing - and I really like the lobster claw covers that tuck away neatly.
As for customer service, every question I have asked, every query I have had has been answered quickly and effectively and the staff who I have dealt with could not have done any more to help me feel confident about their products.
I will definitely be using more of their kit. It is no coincidence that they are being used in the pro peloton!
