I recently had a crash while out riding, and the support I received from Spatzwear was nothing short of incredible.

After reaching out to them, they promptly sent me a replacement pair of bibs, which meant I was back on the bike in an impressively short amount of time.

Not only is the product quality top-tier, but their dedication to getting their riders back on the road is genuinely commendable.

Everyone I ride with has the Spatz oversocks so I ordered the aero oversocks with the aero socks and I’m very impressed by the quality. The customer service was also fantastic and they were very prompt and helpful. Would recommend

Quality products with first class after sales service. The bib shorts purchased are super comfortable with a great fit, Spatzwear are certainly my go to supplier. I encountered a problem with one pair supplied and the customer service were extremely helpful with customer satisfaction their primary goal.

Best jersey I’ve ever worn, hands down.

Quick sizing note because I always struggle with this one. I’m a large in normal clothes and usually stuck between medium and large in cycling kit. Ordered both to try, figured I’d keep the large like always. Nope - kept the medium. Fits snug in a good way, nothing flapping about, sits right when you’re down on the bars. If you’re between sizes I’d say go down.

The cargo pockets are the bit that won me over. They actually hold stuff - phone, gels, a packable jacket - without that annoying sag and bounce you get with most cargo jerseys. Fabric’s lovely too, breathes well, and it’s clearly cut for someone actually riding properly rather than sat up like a tourist.

Anyway. I’ve since ordered three more. That probably tells you everything.

Came across this brand online (and in one of the GCN videos). At the time, they had a nice promotion with their glasses, so I ordered overshoes and gloves. After receiving my order, the "free" glasses quickly became my favourites on the bike. I now have various overshoes and socks, and they work well and fit well. This weekend, my jersey and bib came in, and I used them out of the bag for a 120KM event. Not an issue, great outfit and the bib was amazing. I ordered another bib yesterday. Customer service is also top notch!

The help I received when my product had a flaw was very kind! It took some time to replace the gloves but that was on behalf of the delivery company. Spatz really helped me out with swapping out my gloves so I'm glad to say I'm fond of the company and it's service.

Very pleased with my Windsock Pro oversocks. I had purchased a size S (38-43) for a 42 EU (8 UK) shoe size, but they turned out to be much too tight on the calves (36cm diameter at sock hight) and had a rolling-off issue. After reaching out to Spatzwear they were so kind to follow-up on the issue and provided a free return plus giftcard for a product swap. Eventually the M (43-45) was an overall perfect fit! In short, product quality and customer service A+++!!

Just purchased THRMOZ XTRM and rode in dry -.4 deg with a feels like temp of -4 deg yesterday 08/05/26 in NSW, Australia. I had to stop after 1 hour and 30 minutes, as my fingers were stinging and numb from the cold. Very disappointed with the sales pitch of -8 deg and the performance of these gloves. I will now have to look for and buy another set that hopefully works better.

I recently bought the Windsock2 shoe covers.
Within 2 months, the adhesive layer came loose.
After a short email supported by a few photos, new ones are being sent to me.

Had a return issue, was dealt with super quick and on the same evening! The best winter gear and amazing customer service.

Saw someone wearing a pair of Spatzwear toe warmers and they looked so good I had to get a pair. I'm glad that I did! They do a great job of not only keeping my feet warm, but also keeping out any moisture from the shoe. But, the best feature is how easy they go on and off my shoes and how high up the shoe they go, great design!!! I also want to mention that I had some questions and when I reached out to their customer service, I got a very timely response from their team. Some brands just know how to do customer service well!!! I will definitely consider Spatzwear again for future cycling purchases.

I can honestly say , I've not come across any other product out there to match Spatz Wear for performance , comfort , durability and seamless design .
The Spatz Wear Team are also brilliant to deal with , so efficient in everything they do , from ordering to delivery 👏👏
