Best overshoes I've ever used! Would highly recommend to anyone for wet, windy, cold winter rides they are the best!

Ordered some overshoes for some winter miles on the bike. Noticed some thread had come loose after first ride, contacted customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Got me a new pair dispatched the next day even during Christmas period and didn’t even request I send the damaged pair back. Top service and really happy with products. Also ordered the balaclava and it is superb for functionality and fit under the helmet.

I had an issue with product, and their customer service is super, they help me and send me a new item super fast.

Top products, and if by chance anything does go wrong then the amazing customer service has your back!!

Excellent customer service experience. I initially sent the parcel to an incorrect delivery address and contacted Spazwear customer service team. I was delighted to be able to explain my problem to a real person who exceeded my expectations by sending out a new order to the correct address.

Great hear, well thought out and tested. Customer service exceptional. I have several items that I cannot do without in the winter. NeoToez are incredible, I never ride without them. Kit is fab too.

Fantastic customer service.

The products I purchased were excellent, but the gloves developed a minor issue after a couple of rides. The team were very quick (less than 4 hours) to respond to the issue, replacement gloves were despatched very quickly.

had a small problem with a new pair of gloves, a small bit of stitching came undone. Sent a couple of photos, and with no hassle a replacement pair was sent out. Super customer service, and I have loads of their gear (as it's amzing for autumn and winter cycling)...first issue I've had, really quickly resolved.

When I found out about the crash replacement/mending scheme I thought I’d try as I came off Sunday morning putting holes in my arm warmers and busting the zip on my gloves I emailed them at dinner time when I got home expecting a reply Monday but no Sunday afternoon saying they would be in touch Monday and they did I answered a few questions and the replacements came Thursday what a great service and company I’ll definitely be buying more stuff from them.

Firstly, a shout out to this company who went above and beyond in sorting out an issue I had.

Secondly, their products are the only ones that work for me in winter. I'd tried everything but always had cold hands and feet - not any more.

I've bought a lot of cycling kit, this stuff is the best.

Great customer service. I had a minor issue with the lid of my Spatz capsule/flask. I contacted customer service to request a replacement lid. Instead, they sent me a complete flask without hesitation. Very impressed

The products are amazing true to what they promise. Service is excellent and rounds off the whole experience with this company. Really happy that i found this gem for my day to day Training. Makes everything more bearable in view of the coming winter.

I've been a Spatzwear fan from the early days, and continue to be impressed by both the kit (the gilet is my #1) and the customer service. Shout-out to Bryn who has been great recently.

Great products. Excellent customer service- I ran into one issue with an order and they were incredibly helpful in getting it solved.

THRMOZ XTRM winter gloves. They're still suitable for temperatures down to 6 degrees Celsius, although you can still feel the wind on long descents even with the protector on. At temperatures between 2 and 1 degrees Celsius, they're a complete disaster. In a light drizzle, the material absorbs water, making it extremely difficult to handle. Decathlon gloves, at 1/8 the price, are much more effective. A waste of money.

My package got lost in the mail, but Spatz took immediate action and sent a new one right away. Thank you for the great service!
