It's better not to buy from them. They take your money. The fulfillment doesn't work. The service is a disaster. They pretend to be professionals, but absolutely nothing works. Really bad. Don't waste your time. If you don't get your money back immediately, report SPATZWEAR directly to the police.

I live in the north of the UK and have a 70km commute I do year round. Nothing beats Spatz stuff head to toe to make that comfortable, especially in winter. If you are looking for top quality inclement kit, this is it. Also, their customer service is second to none; I’ve had a couple of issues across the range of pieces I have and they have been extremely quick to resolve both, with no hassle or argument. They recently replaced a winter jersey purchased in 2023 due to a seam failure - incredible. Buy with confidence.

I purchased the PRO STEALTH OVERSHOE SYSTEM and the NEOZ Thermal Neoprene Rain Gloves, unfortunately the overshoes didn’t fit as my shoes are mountain bike shoes, but the gloves are great, waterproof, warm and just great.

Terrible experience: I placed an order, made payment but didn’t receive the item. Upon enquiry they said item is out of stock but didn’t issue a refund and suggested a voucher instead. After multiple requests to get refund, I had to make request from my credit card company to get my money back.

Terrific products and fantastic customer service. I had to return a pair of overshoes due to ordering the wrong size. These have been replaced quickly with no hassle. Excellent returns policy.

Been riding for over a year with the Spatz overshoes now and never experienced cold feet again. Great product. After a tear at a seam in the overshoe, contacted customer service, they replied fast and friendly and did sent a replacement pair right away. All together 6/5 stars for both the product and the company. Very satisfied! 👍🏻

My kit took a while to be deliver so i got in contact with customer service and they handled it very swiftly and replaced one of my items. Definitely recomend

Just received my first order from Spatz, what a refreshing brand to deal with!

The whole experience has been absolutely effortless from start to finish. Their customer service is fantastic, genuinely helpful, and responsive throughout the ordering process. Products arrived exactly when they said they would, which seems rare these days.

But it's the quality that's really impressed me. I've been loyal to premium brands like Castelli, Rapha, and Assos for years, but honestly? Spatz has completely changed my perspective on what high-performance cycling gear should be. The attention to detail and performance is exceptional - you can immediately feel the difference in the materials and construction.

Recently noticed a return I had done due to sizing, and had reordered a larger size, was still taking payments on Klarna. Emailed Friday evening and had the money returned Saturday lunch time. Didn't expect that over the weekend and so quickly. No issues sorting that, just asked them to look into it as it could be a Klarna issue, or they maybe didnt receive my returned item, I do not know, but they've returned my balance with no fuss. I've ordered a few things now and really pleased with the quality, price, function of the garments and design. Thankyou Spatzwear.

I have been riding bikes for over 20 years and have used most bike brands for kit at some point. Last year I invested in a pair of Spatz overshoes and was immediately impressed and wished I'd bought them sooner. Since then I've bought a pair of their glasses (from local bike shop), a skin suit, 2 pairs of 'cargo' shorts, one 'cargo' jersey and a squadron gillet directly from Spatzwear. Every item has been spot on, the fit is great and each order was posted out quickly. I would rate their winter kit as the best I have ever ridden in by a long way and their normal kit as definitely equal if not better than more expensive brands.
I've also been in contact with their customer service twice, most recently to return an item in exchange for something else. Both times they were professional and extremely helpful. I literally couldn't fault this UK company in any way and I will be a loyal customer for many years going forward I should imagine!

Excellent, high-quality products. The BURN gilet deserves a special mention — it quickly became my go-to piece for a wide range of weather conditions (early morning rides, fast-paced races). The customer service is also very supportive; when I had an issue with a delivery, they promptly issued a refund and were very supportive throughout.

Great kit, and super helpful when I bought the wrong size and needed a refund :)
