Been using Spatz overshoes for years. Here in Ireland the winters are rough but Spatz overshoes have made it a lot easier to get out in the wet winter. Having used the Roadman for the last few years I've updated to using the Fasta lite. Fit and durability is excellent. Keeps the feet warm & dry. Another great product

Never had such a good contact and quick response of a company by buying on the internet.
Fast and correct response on my questions and handling of the return shipment.

I bought some knee length winter socks and winter balaclava.

Both were excellent products and arrived very quickly. Small issue with the socks was resolved in 24 hours. Excellent customer service.

I bought some leg warners and race GLOVZ. Leg warmers are the best I've ever had. The fit is amazing, they're not overly tight but never slip and start getting baggy around the knee mid-ride. The gloves with the packable finger covers are quite ingenious and make them a very adaptable glove. I did have an issue with some stitching failing on one of the gloves but the support team at Spatz were really helpful and immediately sent out a replacement so I'd have no hesitation ordering again in future.

I bought and experienced the 4-season heatr2 long sleeve jersey. Very impressed with it and highly recommended. Customer support are also quick with their feedback.

Good customer service. I had an issue with the item I purchased. The item was replaced without any problems.

The quality of there products is very middle of the road for top end price especially the gloves. The real problem is and the reason for one star rating is the customer service you get a response very quickly but nothing happens after then been trying to get a refund on an unfilled order that has been delayed several time for weeks. Also there definitely cherry pick the reviews on there site only 5 stars allowed.

I've got three Spatzwear products and I'm delighted with them all. The "Thrmoz" deep winter gloves are amazing, great design and length to keep my fingers warm and dry during winter spins. For the summer I have the "Aero Glovz" and they are easily the best summer gloves I've every had and I've gone through lots of pairs over the years, they're super comfortable. Lastly I've got the "Shield" glasses which were a game changer with the photochromic lens which adjust automatically depending on the light conditions. They give great protection and don't fog up. I'd highly recommend Spatz products and I'll be back for more.

I’ve had almost every piece of kit released by Spatz over the years and every one has been exemplary. Customer service has always been easy to deal with and clearly a real person in the UK on the rare occasion that I’ve needed any support. Winter riding has been changed for the better thanks to Spatz.

Great overshoes for commuting, in their 2nd winter of use now. Tough, warm and waterproof. I initially bought a pair that were too big but Spatz customer service swapped them out quickly. I have an increasing number of Spatz products and am always impressed.

Bought a pair of Pro Stealth overshoes. The neoprene is absolutely rubbish. I was indeed aware of the ‘nail’ warning and studied the fitting video prior to putting them on for first time. Still managed to tear them and that is coming from a guy who has short nails.

Declined Spatz offer of 20% reduction on my next order and have binned the overshoes. Never even got to wear them outside.

PS. They also don’t like posting negative reviews on their own website. Just the 21 5star reviews currently

I bought a pair of socks, when the order confirmation arrived I realized that the color was wrong. I immediately contacted the customer service to change the color or cancel the order and have a refund if they did not have the product I wanted. They answered me the next morning telling me that they would notify me asap. In the late afternoon I received an email from the courier who made the pickup. No one had updated me of anything, so I thought they corrected the order.
Three days later they contacted me telling me that they were unable to change the order and they asked me if I intend to return it. I confirm my willingness to return the item, since it was not the desired one. They answered me that the return was on me (and my responsibility) since I live outside the United Kingdom and this was not specified in any way at the time of purchase!
Now I have an unwanted product that I cannot return given the huge transport costs.

I am the owner of a brand-new pair of SPATZ 'PRO STEALTH OVERSHOE SYSTEM'. Yesterday, I tried them for the first time when having a ride in a light shower for about 30 minutes. To my sad surprise, the overshoe performed not very well, as my feet (just by going in this light shower, not even with rain the full period) were wet from water; both from the spray and the rain itself. Notably the areas around my ankles and insteps were wet. Unfortunately, Spatzwear’s customer service do not seem to provide any assistance.

I have a large collection of spatz kit now, and I'm a big fan of all of it, particularly the socks, overshoes and arm/leg warmers.

I have had a couple of issues with returns, however I'm pleased to say these have now been resolved.

Poorest online experience ever

My first and definitely last online and offline order from Spatzwear. First of all reaching out to Spatzwear is the hell both on mails and through socials. Order throughput time is reaching 2 months now. Feedback and promises are not being kept. Every week a different excuse.

I'm not even interested anymore in the quality of the product based on this service. Let alone the amount of discount codes they throw at me for "ensuring a smoother experience" at my next purchase.

Currently stuck with a paid product without having it on hand and fearing to get it ever delivered or even paid back.

My suggestion is to look for other brands for your products.

Initially left a less-than-5-star review on their own website that strangely never appeared. Guess I should have known in advance, when you see that every single product that has a review, has only 5-stars.

I wish this kit was available when I was racing. The quality, fit and functionality are second to none. I started off with the legalz overshoes a few years back and have slowly added the clothing items. The base layers and burnr gillet are just incredible. It seems your core temperature doesn’t fluctuate at all during rides wearing these items. Highly recommend

Over boots will last less than 3 months thats a lot for almost £100

Great products, by bf and I are plastered in their stuff and customer service has always been fab.

Bought a pair of legalz and after 3 rides I noticed a small hole in the back of the neoprene. I contacted customer service who washed there hands of the issue saying that I must have walked in them. Seems very thin and not very robust if they fall apart after 3 rides. Very disappointed with the response .
I was offered a 35% discount on next purchase but why would I want to waste more cash on another pair of of these . They can’t think much of them if 14 day guarantee is all that is that they provide. I think they should take another look at their quality first . I don’t normally right bad reviews but this has
left me with a bitter taste after this experience
