Advertising products that are not in stock as in stock and then emailing to say it has a 7to 10 WORKING DAY delivery time is very poor. It happened not once but twice so not a isolated issue.

First time customer, last time as well. What a headache.
Took way too long to get these pants given the price I had to pay.
Material feels substandard, threading isn’t finished in many places. Seems to be a giant quality control issue with this being my first order and them sending me jacked up clothing. Here I thought the British learned their lesson in WW1 & WW2.

I ordered these from Snickers because I first went automatically to Screwfix, which were £30 more and the delivery came next day... Which matched Screwfix! Easy to order, good communication, will definitely be looking at your website again for future requirements.

Asked Trustpilot to help locate the order as we're not sure this is the correct company they're reviewing but they didn't help at all, hence this review for another company stands.
The purchase was easy
The purchase was easy. So far i’ve heard nothing about the shipping or tracking but it bas been over the Christmas holiday. Can’t wait to try these. Shipping rate to the States has held me back but this combo deal really helped. These will likely be my go to. Cheers and a Happy New Year. Michael

You ordered and paid for goods, there was a delay on them arriving at our UK warehouse so we sent you the email informing you of this delay - the original lead time given on the website was 3-5 days and this looks like it will be a couple of days longer.
I'll get this chased up on Monday and let you know more then.

The parcel was sent the same day on a next day service, we emailed you the tracking and if you login to your account you can see the tracking - you can also use the Yodel app to arrange for the parcel to be collected from a collection point.
The courier has been unable to deliver and needs more information, both us and them have been trying to contact you to sort it out. If you could use the Yodel app to help them (you'll need the tracking number in your account order history or on one of the emails) you can help them resolve it and get it delivered.
Also we're available via email sales@snickersdirect.co.uk and also via the telephone 01254 317001 to help which are the quickest way or resolving things.

You ordered from a UK site and we sadly can't control import duties which may or not be applicable depending upon your shipping address which was in this case the USA.
Poor quality zippers
I bought Snickers Allroundwork winter coat, the long version. After one season the zipper broke. They changed it free for guarantee, but the changed coat’s zipper also broke after one season and they didn’t change it anymore.
