Advertising products that are not in stock as in stock and then emailing to say it has a 7to 10 WORKING DAY delivery time is very poor. It happened not once but twice so not a isolated issue.
Selvom vi ikke verificerer specifikke påstande, fordi anmeldernes meninger er deres egne, kan vi godt betegne anmeldelser som "Verificerede", når vi kan bekræfte, at der har fundet en forretningsinteraktion sted. Læs mere

Excellent prompt replacement of item out of stock
Just a few days after ordering I received an email from Carol informing me that the safety boots I had ordered were no longer in stock. She identified a replacement, half the price of the original pair but very suitable, which arrived the next day

Still waiting
Hard to rate something that hasn’t been received yet. Ordered two pairs of trousers and only after I’d paid was sent an email saying there out of stock. Could have still sent the other ones. 7-10 working days

From the customer service to end product absolutely brilliant
Carol in customer services was absolutely brilliant, most definitely the most helpful and happiest person I’ve ever spoken to in customer services for any company. Knows her job inside out. The staff in the shop same again brilliant set of people had the poor lad running round for me and he always stayed professional and continued to smile. Found my new workwear place.
