I found the costume service to be very good, I ordered some shorts but they were the wrong size. Very easy and straightforward to exchange them for the right size and the process was very quick.

Highly recommended.

This company customer Service level is super high, we couldn’t ask better, thank you for your great service, quality of the short is so good that my husband doesn’t want wear other second solution short

I Contacted Snickersuk via the whatsapp chat to ask about an out of stock item from the website. Had a call back from Zoe who was extremely helpful and the item had just come back in to stock and we had the item ordered and on the way to me with 24hr. Great customer service from Zoe very helpful.

Had issues with a return email,
Contacted them on a Sunday by WhatsApp they dealt with the issue in minutes.
I wasn’t expecting that on a Sunday.
Great service! I’ve finally found a pair of trousers that fit well also. Been through every other company out there and I was told to try snickers.
So will be using again!

Excellent service from SnickersUK.com. They were really informative, quick to respond, and very helpful throughout.

The whole process was straightforward, and I felt well looked after from start to finish.

I would definitely recommend them to others. 10/10 service.

Excellent service !!Had a slight issue with the trousers I had ordered being unavailable in my size.Zoe messaged in minutes to inform me about the issue and the other options I had, this was resolved almost immediately.Very impressed👍

Was very impressed with customer service via WhatsApp, I asked a couple of questions and they were very knowledgeable. I ordered the trousers they suggested and they were perfect, the husband loves them. I have always ordered snickers from other sites but I will be using this site from now on, for customer service alone.
Also very fast delivery.

They sent me the wrong size and they did not want to admit that it was their fault and pay me the full refund. I wrote countless emails to them and at the end I had to threaten them with court and only then they paid me my money back but that took me months. I would not buy from this dishonest distributor.

I had a very positive experience when calling this company using the number provided on their site. I was calling to clarify sizing and a few other questions and was met with a very patient and helpful conversation with Chris. He answered all my questions regarding lead times on delivery and was very helpful finding a pair of work trousers that would suit my needs. Would definitely recommend using them.

Superb service, sent an email on Sunday afternoon & had the issue solved within the hour. First class 👍🏼

Received my 6218 stretch trousers from SnickersUK.com just over a week ago. Have to say these are the most comfortable and well-fitting trousers I have ever worn. Thanks to SnickersUK.com's knowledge the size and fit was perfect first time. These guys really know their product and actually seem to enjoy discussing the workwear.

Not what they used to be. I've worn snickers for over 20 years. In the last few years their quality has dissapeared completely. Poorly fitting, cheap thin materials, buttons that fail after 3 months. I've had to go back to using my back up work trousers (12 years old) and these are 1000 times better than the temu fashion crap they're peddling now. I will try blaklader instead. AVOID ALL SNICKERS PRODUCTS

I chatted with support over WhatsApp as I wanted to ensure my delivery date before placing an order and they went above and beyond.

Chris & his team at Snickers were so helpful & understanding of my unique needs regarding sizing & type of material I was looking for in my purchases. His prompt reply & delivery of information that I needed was clear & genuine. Ive no doubt I’ll be doing business with Snickers in the future considering their quality merchandise & approachable skilled staff like Chris.

Unfortunately the boots I ordered didn't live up to expectations but was quickly resolved by Snickers UK. Excellent service all round.

Fantastic company, kept me really informed as to when my delivery was going to be, as I had to go to Cornwall, and worried the parcel would not arrive in time, but they reassured me and kept me up today’s.
Will use again.
👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered a snickers tool vest online, it was dispatched the following morning and arrived as the next day, great quality and excellent service from snickers UK, I couldn't locate the VAT invoice and emailed and surprisingly my query was responded to within a few minutes, (and this was out of hours) along with a copy of the invoice, excellent service I will definitely be using them again.

Very good customer service.
Highly satisfied customer.
