Hi Steve,
We shipped the parcel out the same day of ordering on a next day service. Unfortunately looking at the tracking, it appears that the courier couldn't attempt delivery the following day and should have sent you notification of this delay.
I can see from the tracking that it did get delivered on the Monday.
We apologise for this.

Ordered 5 pairs only received 4, basically made to feel like I was trying to scam them. Damaged box so one could have been stolen in transit? As not checked instantly it's now my loss, but no notification of delivery. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering again from them and wish I had paid 2-3 pound more and purchased them locally. Almost £500 order and no loyalty or care if you have issues.

Be aware that the T shirt number 2502
No longer comes with a reinforced neck. Website says it does but the 10 I just ordered didn’t. Maybe someone needs to take a look at their supplier?
