The Professional Snagging Company Anmeldelser

The snagging report is very detail, thank you for your help.

The report was easy to understand. It included items we didn't even consider to be issues! Would definitely recommend for future surveys.

Was useful to have someone check all the internal hinges and carpentry work. Team are friendly and booking process was simple through online system. Good availability for the inspections.

Very clear and comprehensive report with issues described in detail. The photographic evidence was particularly useful. The report came as a PDF and was delivered on time, even in the run up to Christmas. Good people to deal with . Very happy to recommend them

They inspected an extension I had done at home. Great communication throughout and the inspector on the day was really knowledgeable and friendly. Report was fantastic, very happy.

Easy process from the booking to receiving report. I would definitely recommend.

Great service, Sarah was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. Our snagger, Shannon, was so friendly and he explained all the issues identified. The report was very clear and concise. Would highly recommend this company.

Really thorough report and professional experience.

We used the Professional Snagging Company following recommendation from a family member. We were equally thoroughly impressed with the process from start to finish and also reassured by the offer that we can still contact PSC for support and advice on our onward journey to have our many snags rectified.

The booking process was fast and efficient with excellent communications throughout.

The inspector Tony arrived on time, explained the process and we were given the opportunity to discuss in our opinion the more serious snags we had already identified. He was meticulous and methodical in his approach taking the time to answer our many questions.

An excellent, detailed report with outstanding photographs was delivered within 48 hours, considering our inspection was on a bank holiday this was even more impressive.

Together with the explanations, advice, guidance and the most comprehensive report provided by Tony, we now feel confident presenting our issues to our building company. The report will be used as our ongoing reference tool.

This company is Professional by name and professional by nature and we have no hesitation in recommending.

Our friend told us about getting a snagging report done before we moved into our new home. Initially I was a bit dubious but then I remembered the trauma of our first new build property and the snags we didn't pick up that ultimately cost us thousands of pounds to sort out later.

Working with the Professional Snagging Company has been brilliant. They have take then time to answer all our questions, going above and beyond to flex to the developers availability and turned around the report in record speed. The quality of the report, images and suggestions are incredibly thorough. We paid for the additional drone and thermal surveys which was really useful to know that the roof and chimney were all OK. I feel re-assured that there are no hidden issues and pleased that on day 1, when we move in, we will have most of the things fixed making our first week in the property much less stressful.

It's definitely the best thing we have spent money on so far. I'd rather know about all things in one go than feel embarrassed to contact the developer for the hundredth time with a new thing we had noticed.

Honestly, the best decision we have made.

Shannon was professional at all times, explained in detail what was being reviewed and gave context for any snags found along the way. Highly recommended!!

This company made me realise the value of having a professional snagger. The cost is repaid several times over in highlighting issues that you otherwise would be completely unaware of. Don't hesitate, get it booked.

Anthony Rogers From PSC, was amazing. Arrived early, did a very through inspection. He has a vast wealth of knowledge of building and construction and his very own high standards. Lovely to talk with and a pleasure to have.

From booking to receiving the report, my experience has been amazing. The online booking and payment process was really easy. On the day of the inspection, it was clearly explained to me what was going to happen and what to expect. The inspector asked what my concerns were in my new house then conducted a really thorough meticulous inspection. The detailed report was emailed to me promptly the day after the inspection (on a Sunday). I would definitely recommend.

Professional, efficient service.

Anthony, our inspector was very knowledgeable and I'm still shocked by the number of snags found. He gave us the necessary information needed to follow the correction works through to the end. I would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the service, got an almost instantaneous response following my enquiry and booked in two days later. Super rigorous inspection which caught so many things we'd have missed. Really glad we use the company, which we found on Google with good reviews, am happy to add to those :)

Great service. Spotted things I missed. Friendly, accommodating and professional.

Quick, detailed, friendly and really great all round. Spotted things I didn’t.

We would absolutely recommend The Professional Snagging Company. Our completion date was pushed back and they were kind and accommodating at a stressful time, helping us to move our appointment. Tony came to inspect our property and was brilliant, really friendly and professional. His report came back really quickly and was incredibly detailed - pointing out things that we would never have known to. He also offered us advice on things to look out for (e.g. knowing the difference between shrinkage cracks vs more serious cracks) and made it clear that the team are here to help even after the survey. No hesitations about recommending The Professional Snagging Company.
