I had James come do an inspection on my brand new property I’d just purchased, must admit he was very knowledgable & picked up a lot of snags I’d of never have even thought were there! I’ve not a clue tbf haha so I’m really happy I booked with premier snag when I did! Would 💯 recommend, thank you!

I used Premier Snag for their Platinum snagging survey on my new-build four-bedroom home in Harlington, which included both pre- and post-completion inspections. The two-stage process offers excellent value, as it ensures any issues identified initially can be properly checked and followed up.

Due to delays in our purchase chain, the gap between inspections went beyond the 60 days stated in their terms, but Premier Snag were very accommodating and waived this without any issue.

The surveyors were professional, thorough, and the reports were detailed and delivered within 24 hours.

I had purchased a new build from Davidsons. I was indecisive about whether I needed a snagger given the 2-year warranty. The agreement in place was to report all problems within 7 days, I booked Premier Snag on day 4, they came out on day 6 and the report was provided by day 7 to be shared with the Post Sales department.

Our snagger, Brian, was impeccable! He identified numerous flaws that no ordinary person would have. I've since had Davidsons come in to rectify the problems, which absolutely outcost the snagging price.

Came out on very short notice and was very professional. Did a throrough report. Overall quite pleased.

We booked Premier Snag for our new built house. We had Brian as our inspector who was very professional. Brian called us the day before to confirm our booking. On the day, he even arrived earlier than our booking time. He started by inspecting the outside and the roof. There was no way we would have been able to do such inspections ourselves. He must have spent more than 4 hours inspecting our house. Brian even completed the report less than 24 hours on Sunday! We really like the comments he made on the report. We would certainly recommend Brian for anyone who needs a snagging inspection.

I highly recommend Premier Snag for both Pre-Completion Inspection (PCI) and post-completion inspection services for new-build properties. The whole process was very smooth, and it was easy to book an appointment with the inspector.

Brian was professional, thorough, and friendly throughout. The reports he produced were clear, detailed, and easy to understand. During the post-completion inspection, he carefully compared the findings with the original PCI report to ensure the developer had addressed the issues. He also included additional problems we identified, such as the lack of hot water in the main bathroom.

The inspection was carried out by Brian Drury, who was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough.

I booked premier snag recently for my new 4 Bed house in Bedford. The snag inspector was David. He arrived on time, and went through whole house including outer structure, garrage, garden and top view drone inspection. He almost spent 5 hours with very detailed inspection (like even small scratches and snots in wall), checked everything in comparison with general regulations and guidelines. Even my developer appreciated it and I got almost all snags rectified. Thanks David!.

As a first timer this was a great experience with my home snagging inspection. Grace M. was thorough, professional, and clearly knew exactly what to look for. Grace identified and explained issues in a way that was easy to understand and the final report was well-organized, and will be incredibly helpful for getting everything resolved.

Last minute booking for a snagger. Found these guys on Google doing a new year promotion.
Brian arrived on time despite the horrendous weather.
Addressed our concerns and answered any questions and talked us through everything.
Turned out to be, luckily most, if not all are minor issues.
I think over 120 on the report.
We have found some more other things since but that’s understandable with the amount of things wrong with the house.

Really pleased with my experience of Premier Snag. Gaz was great and after spending a few hours at the property checking everything over (including the roof and thermal imaging), he sent over a comprehensive report within 24 hours. The report was accepted and acted upon by the developers with no problem at all. Happy to recommend this company for peace of mind when buying a new build property.
