I was put in a very difficult position when my developer gave me only four days' notice before completion to arrange an inspection. New Build Inspections was the only company willing and able to accommodate me on such short notice, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

The booking process was efficient and straightforward. A huge thank you to Lorraine and Martyn, who were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make the scheduling work.

My inspector, Thomas Spencer, did an outstanding job. He was thorough during the inspection and handled all the liaising with the site manager and sales team perfectly. What really stood out was his dedication; despite it being late and well outside of his working hours, Thomas stayed on the phone with me the following day to walk me through the entire report. His expertise really put my mind at ease during a stressful week.

I would absolutely book them again and highly recommend their services to anyone needing a professional, reliable, and accommodating inspection team.

Found new build inspection ltd on the internet after viewing several different companies new build stood out to me from there reviews, and were we right from start to finish Thomas inspected our house. He travelled to the north east Darlington and was on site as directed by Thomas office. He called me on arrival as I wasn’t available to be at the property (this is a new build house) and explained what he would be doing through out the day and asked if I had an issues with the property. As this is a new build it only got finished that day a Thomas had to work around cleaners and other trades his professionalism attitude and after care to me and my family’s first house was first class down to the point where the next day I had a home demo with the builders and Thomas completed his report the same evening so I had it for the next day to show the building manager. If any ones looking for a top class professional company to come and inspect your house fir snagging new build inspection ltd is without words the company to go to. Thomas. 87+ snags on a new build. Quick turnaround time and quick response rates from team. Would recommend. Happy with our report. We wouldn't have spotted 80-90% of these snags. Worth every penny

The whole process from start to finish was extremely professional and communication has been excellent. I was unable to attend the inspection but I had every confidence that Martyn would represent me.

The report came through the next day and it was very comprehensive with photos highlighting any areas of concern and detailed descriptions with relevant standards.

I would not purchase a property without a snagging report and I would use New Build Inspections again.

We booked and payed for our inspection had it confirmed by the company . only to receive a email canceling our inspection 4 days before we where due to get our keys .leaving us in the lurch with only 7 days to report any problems after completing.This was explained to the company before we booked and there resurgence they could provide there service in that time frame was one of the reasons we booked them .The reason stated was a resgnation of the inspector in that area but surely they would have to give notice and if so why weren't we told sooner .

The snagging survey itself was incredibly impressive it was done by Matthew, and he went in into tremendous detail and actually did a thermal test which he wouldn't normally have done on this type of survey.

We recently moved into a new build and was looking for a company to come and do a report just to check things over, martyn came and cracked straight on explaining what he would be carrying out and if we had any questions, after a couple of hours martyn sat down with us and explained his thoughts on the property and assured us everything was ok except a few minor cosmetics. We received the snagging report with photos and descriptions as to why they were classed as snags after the weekend which we are now able to take back to the builders to rectify. Excellent experience. We were impressed by David Reid who arrived at the site exactly on time even though virtually no one else could find it as it is still under construction and the main entrance is closed off.

David did a very comprehensive inspection of our new build, adding items we specifically requested. He met us afterwards to give a verbal summary of the main issues and then sent a comprehensive report with photos.

We would highly recommend David.

Easy to book, excellent responses, first class knowledge throughout the process. Survey was done within days, I handed the document to the developer (Jones Homes at the Grange, Last Drop, Bolton) and they didn't argue with the findings.

I have done a lot of refurbishment work myself on other properties and hadn't spotted some of the snags. Martyn's knowledge was impressive. I've had a new garage roof, looked fine to me but Martyn saw things differently, Garage door had small bits missing and water drainage issues in my garden.

Any issues and Martyn is on the end of a mobile call to speak to the developer. Excellent value.
