The Professional Snagging Company Anmeldelser

Worth their weight in gold. Steve came out to do my inspection and was so thorough. He was friendly and approachable and was clearly very good at his job.

He made sure to alert my attention immediately to some of the more serious/pressing concerns found and then also collated all of the issues, well over a hundred, less obvious ones.

The report made clear why they counted as snags as the report is going to be so helpful to me, especially given it is a shared ownership property and had apparently already had its snags corrected!

I would never have even known to look for the faults found. I am so glad I went with the company.

The inspector we had was amazing! He showed me all the important bits and explained how they should have been.

Sarfaaz was our snagging inspector, he did an excellent service and was very thorough and gave a detailed inspection report. A comprehensive and most helpful survey highlighting the defects in our new home. The inspector reports the problems and clearly explained and rated the issues in terms of their severity to us. Overall an amazing service all round and thank god I did the snagging inspection with the Professional Snagging Company.

Excellent service and well worth the money. The surveyor identified a number of issues before we moved in and the developer has since put them right. Very thorough survey. Also, the communication with the office staff was excellent and very helpful.

An experienced surveyor, warm and approachable, who immediately grasped the various problems: entirely familiar with issues common to new-builds, while able to recognize more serious aspects which also need addressing,

Thanks for the amazing service provided in finding out the Snags . Also would like to thank Rory for guiding on couple of key items in the house.

The report does help new buyers in finding out things which we normally don't pay attention to!!!

We had a fantastic experience with The Professional Snagging company!

We opted for their Gold Package, and the service was incredibly thorough and professional. The inspector conducted an in-depth survey, including a drone survey, and identified issues we would have never noticed as excited new homeowners.
The report was delivered within a day, and he took the time to walk us through everything he found, which gave us real peace of mind. We highly recommend The Professional Snagging company to anyone looking for a reliable, detail-oriented snagging service. Thank you for the excellent work!

Very professional and detailed. We can thoroughly recommend

The surveyor was excellent and very thorough in his survey of our new house! Explained the process really well and found faults we wouldn't have included. Booking was brought forward as well which was a result and from start to finish the whole process has been excellent!

Really easy to book an appointment and Cheree was so helpful when we needed to change the date and time. The report came back fast and was full of detail for us to hand over to the builder. I would recommend to anyone buying a new build as it takes the stress away from finding all these things by yourself at an already busy time.

Very detailed snagging and impressive report published post snagging.

Great experience, would recommend this service, it's definitely worth it.

Great company to use
Easy to book an appointment on their website
Rory was our Professional Snagger & what a great guy.
Patient despite our house being a bit of a mess & full of boxes due to moving in the day before.
Definitely recommend

We are very pleased from our experience with the Professional Snagging Company. We chose the post completion report, so that there wouldn't be any restrictions to what should be checked in the house the day after we got the keys. We also added the roof check and thermal screening options.
We had the pleasure to have Tom as our snagging expert for our new build. He was truly amazing, very professional and seemed to have deep knowledge of construction. He was very meticulous and explained in great detail any questions we had.
We received the report the next working day. Thankfully there were no major issues and we were able to share everything with the site team.

I came from HK, no experience living in UK and overseas property purchasing.
PSC is a very professional company that teach us what need to be paid attention

Great service, nice and detailed explanation

This firm is superb - they surveryed my 4 bedroom house, their surveryor Junia was at the property for almost 4 hours and identified 206 snags. The peace of mind in being able to just forward a professional survey straight to the developers and taking out any element of dispute has also been invaluable.

10/10 - I highly recommend.

Can’t speak highly enough about the professional snagging company, dealing with them was so easy from start to finish. We had Shannon as our inspector and he was amazing. Very friendly and helpful and very thorough. Would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs snagging done.

I would recommend for anyone buying a new build property to have it snagged. Especially as first time buyers. We had Shannon do ours and he was so detailed and pointed out so many things to do with the condition of the property we otherwise wouldn’t have noticed until months later. It means we can flag it to the HA asap. A few hundred pounds saving you thousands in the future. PSC was quick and easy to book and took away so much stress around moving. We didn’t have time to think about inspections ourself and they delivered an amazing service that saved us so much time and stress. 100% recommend and they are always quick with responding.
