J’étais anxieuse au vu de la note trustpilot mais j’ai pris le risque et aucun regret.
J’ai été livrée en 24h et mon colis était nickel

Vorbestellung wurde vor über 4 Wochen getätigt und bezahlt. Vorgestern kam eine Versandbestätigung. Heute eine Nachricht, dass meine Rücksendung eingetroffen ist. Ich habe nichts erhalten und auch entsprechend nichts zurück gesendet. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich gegen die Richtlinien gegen Großeinkauf verstoßen habe. Ich habe ganze zwei Artikel bestellt. Unglaublich…

Habe mir NINTENDO The Legend of Zelda Edition - Spielekonsole für Nintendo Switch 2 vorbestellt über die Seite nur um dann 10 Minuten später eine Rückmeldung zu bekommen das es Storniert wurde. Super dann zeigt nicht an das man es kaufen kann.

Preis-Leistung-Service einfach top!! Sind sehr zufrieden nach dem heutigen Einkauf für unser Kind - supernette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter*innen, die Sortimentauswahl ist sehr groß und es ist alles sehr schön sortiert, und die Preise einfach mal um eine Ecke günstiger als Online. Wo gibts das noch! Sind begeistert- daher große Empfehlung unsererseits!

I placed an order (£83.97) for my grandson’s birthday. The courier simply abandoned the package unattended on my open front doorstep in plain view of a public footpath while I was at work. Unsurprisingly, the package was gone when I arrived home.
​When I contacted Smyths Customer Service, they immediately hid behind "proof of delivery," claiming an open doorstep counts as a safe place. Leaving a parcel exposed on a front step without permission does NOT constitute a safe place or valid delivery under Section 29 of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
​They briefly escalated the issue to their Fraud & Investigations team, only to return 28 hours later stating they would not offer a refund or replacement and refused to discuss the matter any further.
​Zero accountability, total disregard for UK consumer law, and appalling customer care. Avoid ordering online from them.

Terrible customer service. I had an issue and they awnsered first, then I awnsered back to tell them what I thought of it and what they should have done instead and have been constantly ignored for weeks since. Don’t bother with this company. Terrible!

Wow, thats me and Smyths done! Usual 'modern' horror show. Ordered online, took the money, 20 minutes later 'order cancelled' we will send you your money back within 5 days. No reason, no description, no way of contacting them. Zero customer service, zero desire to complete the order, zero score for communication. These non conacable companies need to be boycotted, they mess you about then send you a message you cant respond to

I want a refund

Purchased the elefun game. Absolutely awful. Tail doesn’t stay on and the on button doesn’t even stay on properly. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not powerful enough and just a complete waste of money. Piece of shit!

Nous avons acheté un quad électrique il y a 9 mois, le bouton pour démarrer ne fonctionne plus, nous le ramenons au magasin de arques pour faire marcher la garantie qui est de 2 ans et le vendeur nous réponds que c'est nous qui avons forcé le bouton et qu'il peut rien faire. Il a même pas pris la peine de démonter pour savoir ce qui n'allait pas et nous a clairement envoyé boulet.
Sa fait mal au ventre d'acheter un jouet à 200€ pour que 9 mois plus tard il ne fonctionne plus et que l'on nous accuse de l'avoir casser nous mêmes.
À quoi sa sert de vendre des jouets avec une garantie de 2 ans si c'est pour nous répondre cela.
Très déçu du magasin de arques, un conseille acheté ailleurs.

Approx 10 days ago I purchased a small step stool so my granddaughter could reach the toilet. Got it home and it was quickly apparent that she was not quite tall enough to get on the toilet herself while on the stool, so I purchased a two step via Amazon. Took the other one back to Smyths yesterday for a refund.

Rude, aggressive and dismissive customer service from the store. They found a tiny mark on the bottom rim of the stool and used that as an excuse not to refund. Bearing in mind that we took the stool home, my granddaughter stood on it once and that was it. It then sat in the utility room until we had the opportunity to take it back. The mark also rubbed out in about 2 seconds.

I cannot recommend Smyths and will not be buying from them again.

My son was purchased a Paw Patrol race car set as a gift, but when we set it up, it didn’t work at all, which was a huge disappointment. I went back within 4 hours of receiving the gift to exchange it, only to find they were out of stock of the same version. The only replacement both online and in store was a Spider-Man version, which cost me an extra £10. Annoying, but I opted for that. But when I asked whether my boy could keep one of the paw patrol cars (as that is what he really wanted), staff refused to let him, even though they admitted the set was just going in the bin. It felt petty and wasteful. Overall, really disappointing experience—poor stock availability, extra cost to me, and no flexibility on their part.

slechte webshop, heel onduidelijk, je kreeg iets gratis bij een bestelling, aan alle voorwaarden voldaan, maar je ziet niet hoe je het gratis artikel erbij krijgt, dus uiteindelijk niks gratis, en klantenservice geeft toe dat het onduidelijk is, maar kan het gratis artikel niet nazenden, dit was 1 keer maar nooit weer, kansloos!

Ich muss wirklich sagen, dass ich beeindruckt von Smyths bin. Ich bin gestern nachmittag etwas bestellt, und heute kam der Artikel bereits an. Und das ohne Lieferkosten obwohl der Artikel den ich bestellt nicht wirklich teuer ist. So eine schnelle und zuverlässige Bearbeitung inklusive Versand habe ich noch nie erlebt. Top! Vielen Dank

A complete waste of time buying here.
I do not recommend.
Delivery service is a scam.
They pretend to send your oder with tracking number and all but it is just to hold you money for a few days them they refund you because they are out of stock of the item you purchase.

Avoid order online.
My parcel has been left in communal area as driver was lazy to get to fifth floor and obviously parcel has been stolen.
The smythtoys customer service don’t care as most of reviews already mentioned.
Worst company ever.

We were looking for a bike for a 10 year old girl. Grand daughter.
We first went to Halfords. (Slough) It was empty - no customers, no staff, other than a guy on the till who found his phone to be much more interesting than customers. We moved on to Smyths in Slough. Display was good. We looked at the bikes. Pulled a couple off the stand. Helpful member of staff came over. Talked us through the options. We thanked him, and came back the next day with grand daughter. Another member of staff helped us. Grand daughter really liked a particular bike. It was more than we wanted to pay, so we went home to think about it. Next day we ordered the bike online. Paid online. It had to be "built" as I was not going to do it at home!
E mail in about an hour saying it was ready. Went in and yet another member of staff was helpful. We even included a bell as it did not come with one.
All in, a very pleasant shopping experience.

I have honestly had enough of the customer service from Elley at Smyths Enfield. Every time I come into the store, she comes across as rude, miserable and completely uninterested in helping customers. The attitude is consistently poor, and it genuinely makes the experience uncomfortable.

By contrast, Ishra is always lovely and provides excellent customer service. She is friendly, helpful and fair with everyone, which makes a noticeable difference to the shopping experience.

What makes it even more frustrating is the situation surrounding trading cards, particularly Pokémon and One Piece. I have repeatedly noticed stock being handled in a way that gives me the impression that the purchase limits are not being applied fairly. I have also seen large quantities going to people who appear to have a personal connection with Elley, which is extremely disappointing when ordinary customers are struggling to get even one product within the stated limits.

If Smyths has purchase limits in place, they should apply equally to everyone, regardless of who they know. I really think management needs to look into both the customer service and how trading-card stock is being allocated at this store.

I normally don’t bother leaving reviews, but after having the same experience repeatedly, I feel it needs to be said.

Ich habe bei Smyths Toys ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Sohn bestellt. Gemäss Planzer wurde das Paket vor unserer Haustür deponiert. Als ich nach der Arbeit nach Hause kam, war das Paket jedoch verschwunden – offenbar wurde es gestohlen.

Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass es sich um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für ein Kind handelt und ich nun ohne Ware dastehe, obwohl die Bestellung bezahlt wurde. Ich hätte mir in so einem Fall deutlich mehr Kundenorientierung und Kulanz von Smyths Toys gewünscht.

Ich erwarte, dass hier eine kundenfreundliche Lösung gefunden wird und der Fall nicht einfach mit dem Hinweis auf die erfolgte Deponierung abgeschlossen wird.

We bought a Joie pram for holiday, used it for one holiday and few times home for walks and the pram is broken/ unable to use. Send it back but they are saying is not reparable and we have no pram! £170 gone for nothing
Both a McDonald tractor, after one week of use didn’t work at all! £25 gone again for ….
Very disappointed
