ASSISTANCE WITH PENSION CONTRIBUTIONS
The help I have received when in new territory of a task has been dealt with for me with patience, kindness and total professionalism by Ainara.
She helped with payroll of pension contributions. The employee had cancelled his payments, however the Company had continued to pay contributions without the knowledge of the employee's cancellation, resulting in account discrepancies

Long standing matter from a previous provider finally resolved!
There was a long standing matter from a previous pensions provider and when they took over, Smart Pensions have been quite supportive. Rebecca, Lucy and Naomi reviewed the issues at different times and they assisted in resolving it. Naomi in particular was very patient and professional! Generally, I would recommend this company because you always get to speak to someone and they always try and resolve your issues. No ifs, No BOTS!! Well done Smart Pensions

Laura in Bournemouth is an absolute…
Laura in Bournemouth is an absolute credit to Smart Pensions. I was dreading calling as I just assumed that getting statements would be a nightmare. On top of this I needed to change details. Laura was absolutely incredible, lively (despite it being just gone 5pm and really she should have finished work) but resolved my issue in no time. To Laura's boss this woman needs a payrise (and no she is not paying me for this review :-)

Email Spam
Repeatedly sending me email marketing nonsense every few days. They don't provide control over your marketing preferences anywhere. There is no unsubscribe link in the email.
It is impossible to contact them - their contact form is a complete mess.
Only after posting here did I get a response.
They asked for my NI number and policy number... to unsubscribe.
This should have been a simple reply to the original marketing email with a "Please unsubscribe me." which went completely ignored.
I've reported this to the ICO.

I had a chat with Laura (Bournemouth) today and she helped me take care of my enquiries.
I was really satisfied after speaking with her and I really felt catered to. She was attentive, gentle and loving. If all staff at Smart Pension are like Laura then everyone will be happy.
