Faulty hoodie
After its first wash the hood of my jumper started to ball. Now the stitching at the pocket has pulled and it looks like it wasn’t well stitched at all. I paid a lot of money for this jumper after I had a good experience with them before but I would not buy from sisters & seekers again.

I had such a positive experience with Sisters and Seekers thanks to Rosie from their customer service team.
I accidentally ordered an item to the wrong address, and although the website stated that orders could be edited within the hour, it unfortunately wouldn’t allow me to make the change. I was quite stressed about it, but Rosie responded incredibly quickly and handled everything so efficiently.
She cancelled my original order promptly after I placed a new one with the correct details, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. What really stood out to me was how well she communicated throughout — she was clear, reassuring, and genuinely helpful.
She even said she would raise the issue internally regarding the order-editing function not working properly, which I really appreciated. It showed she cared not just about resolving my issue, but about improving the customer experience overall.
A huge thank you to Rosie for her professionalism and kindness — excellent customer service!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shocking customer service throughout. Ordered my girlfreind a jumper that she wore once and then washed it whilst following the care labels. After washing it big marks appeared over the front of the jumper, so I contacted sisters and seekers who isntantly blamed it on us without any hesitation, even after providing them with screenshots from other reveiews which showed other customers encountering the same issue. The resoluiton they offered was a 10% discount which didnt even cover the cost of postage. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Perfect service from Millie
I had a slight discrepancy with my first order that I emailed customer services with in hopes they would resolve. Millie came back to me within minutes with a lovely professional email response, apologising for the issue and providing a resolution straight away. My issue was dealt with in less than 15 minutes. Trousers shedding fluff
I’ve been buying from this brand for over a year, but honestly, the customer service and quality have been getting worse. I had a situation where they refused to refund me for a return that was sent back within the timeframe and even accepted at their warehouse. I had to beg and explain that it’s illegal not to issue a refund. What baffled me most was that they claimed they were doing everything correctly, taking zero care or accountability for the situation.
The same thing happened when I bought sweatpants two months ago. They were shedding fluff while I was walking, and it was getting inside my vagina every time I wore them. I thought it would get better after washing, but I washed them three times and the shedding never stopped. It was really embarrassing to contact them about it, but they claimed this was “the right quality” and that there was nothing wrong with the item. If this is their idea of quality, I didn’t want a replacement — I wanted a full refund, which they refused, again claiming the quality was correct.
Maybe some people are happy to pay £60 for sweatpants that shed fluff into their vagina, but I’m not. The lack of care, empathy, and understanding was the most upsetting part. They don’t even try to understand their customers. I know they’re huge on TikTok, but they should take care of the people who support them. They’ve lost a customer, which makes me sad because I genuinely liked buying from them.
