Great customer service
As a first-time buyer, I had a few issues getting my student discount to go through. Excellent customer service by Rebecca
Although it started off rocky with my parcel arriving empty, the customer service has been second to none. Rebecca, especially, has been fantastic - quick responses to my emails and put my mind at ease straight away.

Was bought 2 jumpers for my birthday
Was bought 2 jumpers for my birthday, was handed it in the orgional packaging from distributors one of the jumpers had a mark on it so put it in the washing machine (following the guide) to see if it came out. Mark did not come out so emailed the team and spoke with millie who insisted I had spilt something on the shoulder of my jumper and that i washed it incorrectly. Upon explaining I havent worn the jumper I literally unwrapped it seen the mark and washed it with the guidelines upon the label. Millie called me a liar and told me all items are checked before sent out and said there was nothing they can do.

Once an item has been worn, tags removed, or washed, it does become difficult for us to determine the condition it arrived in. We would usually expect to be contacted upon receipt if an item appears damaged so we can investigate it in its original state.

Hoodie severely bobbled and rough after just 1 wash
I bought the Seekers 99 Knit Hoodie and after following their care instructions, the fabric became heavily bobbled and rough in texture.
I emailed them about the issue and was sent the following:
"This is not something we have previously seen reported with the Seekers 99 Knit Hoodie in Soft Grey. If this were a manufacturing fault, we would reasonably expect to have encountered similar cases before, which we have not."
"All of our items go through strict wash and wear tests during production to ensure faults like this do not occur and therefore we are shocked to see this has happened"
Therefore implying that I am at fault. I then went on here to look at reviews, only to see that others h̳a̳v̳e̳ ̳h̳a̳d̳ the same issues!
To further solidify this, in the last month they have had 55 (Fifty Five) 1-star reviews, complaining about the quality of clothing after washing, along with the customer service they received.
If someone from Sisters&Seekers is reading this, your "strict wash and wear tests" need significant improvement.
Hoodies from pennies have come out of the wash better than this, and for €70, is ridiculous. The company should be absolutely appalled at themselves.
Will not be buying again, and if you're reading this thinking of buying, just don't. Save yourself the hassle and the money. There are plenty of other high-quality brands out there that actually care about their customers and provide high-quality clothing.

While we always aim to provide high quality products, we also rely on customers following the care instructions provided. Pilling can sometimes occur due to friction from outerwear, bags, seat belts etc.
Knitwear requires a little extra care due to softness of the yarns and can be more prone to pilling when exposed to friction from textured surfaces.

I used to love sisters & seekers
I used to love sisters & seekers, but honestly I just think it’s a load of shite now.
I have seen many reviews about their poor customer service, and seen many videos of their “mystery boxes” … which is obviously just a way of getting rid of unwanted stock that does not sell.
I spent so much money with them, I had accumulated £66 worth of points, which I was saving until something I liked came out. Unfortunately, I have not been interested in any of the released in the last year (not my fault) and had not got round to using them. Imagine how much money I have spent to be able to get this many points… and they just took them away due to “inactivity”.
I emailed regarding this and was just told that basically too much time had passed. So they clearly have no care for people who have shown them support and purchased lots through them, if it’s not recent enough.
I think it’s shocking really that they would take the points away from a loyal customer just because I hadn’t liked any of the releases the last year.
Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone anymore, severely disappointed by the company and would like to deter anyone else encountering the same.

Great quality…
Well to start the carrier lost my items but after a few emails they sorted the problem and re sent my items ordered . The jumpers / hoodies received are of great quality true to size comfortable and look great ,my daughter and my girlfriend both love them as a first time buyer i will order again .

Company that doesn’t care about loyal customers
Accumulated just shy of £50 worth of points and was saving these to buy winter clothes as this my favourite season to buy from sisters and seekers. I had my eye on a knitted tracksuit that was being released on the Monday morning,I checked my points balance the night before. I logged in to purchase the next morning and saw all my points had been wiped THAT DAY. I spoke to customer services certain they would help me reinstate these so I could immediately use them that day to help buy the tracksuit, along with some other bits - resulting in an added sale. I was told no as I had not purchased within the year that my points reset. I was flabbergasted, as they must have expired 12am that day! I had previously been a loyal customer, recommending this company to everyone for the quality. I looked up the t&cs in their own website to see that the points expire after a year of being on the account, this conflicted with what had happened as over half my points had accumulated well within the year cut off. I mentioned this on the chat and was told ‘sorry for the confusion’ however that is our policy. Absolutely awful. I have spoken to family and friends about this and they were also disgusted that a loyal customer and brand advocate would be so easily disregarded in this situation.

DO NOT buy the Sisters and Seekers Secret Box. It was awful I bought 3 boxes, one was the outlet box just full of items clearly nobody wants. I also ordered 2 winter boxes and received 2 of the same item (the thin trench jacket with the thrills), a crop top and another thin jacket it was NOT a cosy winter box. I asked to return it they refused they took weeks to respond with no alternative, I even asked for a credit note to return they said no complete waste of money don’t bother.
