I was recently sent an item of clothing…
I was recently sent an item of clothing that was the wrong size. I ordered a medium and received a large. I got in touch with customer support and Ffion helped me get this sorted. Their customer support was 10/10 I couldn’t fault the service. I have been sent a new item of clothing in the correct size with quick delivery. I am very happy with the service I received.

The hoodie I bought in red, transferred dye onto my Apple Watch strap from the sleeves.
Once I had emailed customer service, they told me that “after reviewing the images provided, the discolouration on your watch strap does not appear consistent with colour transfer from the Alert Hoodie”… I have only worn this hoodie once and prior to wearing it, my watch strap was it’s original pale cream colour.
I’m not sure how they can tell by pictures that my hoodie hasn’t transferred dye onto my watch band but apparently they must be psychic.
I am adamant and I know for a fact that the discolouration on my watch band is from the hoodie but they say there is nothing they can do.
Aside from this incident, the hoodie is ill-fitting. The ‘petite’ was far too short on me and I’m only 4ft 11”. The regular fit was not even an inch longer on the length. The only difference was the sleeves were far too long.
Super disappointing experience.
