So disappointed with this company
So disappointed with this company. Received a hoodie for Christmas, worn twice and washed once. After washing following the instructions exactly as stated, the colour has completely transferred and the dye has dispersed all over the hoodie. I submitted a complaint email and they have said it is my fault and there is no refunds or anything they can do to help. This is extremely disappointing and£65 lost. Do not order from this site!

Dye related faults typically present as colour bleeding or transfer within the fabric itself, whereas the markings shown in your images appear to be surface level staining rather than a fault in the garment’s dye process.

Not Great
The first item ordered had colour bleed from one part of the garment into another colour. Sisters and Seekers agreed to change the item. The second item sadly was just as bad as the first and so was also returned for a refund. There was no trouble getting the refund, but that's about the only positive thing to say.

Excellent customer service
I had a slight issue with my order and Millie the community care representative offered multiple solutions and greatly assisted in fixing my issue. Products are great and I will definitely be shopping from here again and I definitely recommend it.

21 Day returns. Couldn’t even exchange!
I bought a jumper for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered a couple of weeks before, to ensure it arrived on time. It was too big. I missed 21 days return by one day. Can’t even exchange which was what I wanted. Lost out all round . Wouldn’t use again, would not recommend.

The item I purchased was faulty
The item I purchased was faulty. I took photos and reported it. I returned the jumper and a new one was going to be sent to me. Even though I sent a receipt of my return I then had to wait for the return to arrive with sisters and seekers before they would send a replacement product, even though the poor quality was their fault and not mine. I received an email to say my jumper was then being resent to me only to be told a day or two later that the jumper isn’t in stock any more. Over these 3 weeks I had no jumper but the money was out of my account.
