Excellent customer service!!
I had an issue with a faulty hoodie in my order, but the customer service from Sisters & Seekers was really great. Rebecca was so helpful and quick to respond, and made the whole process really easy to sort out.
They offered a free return and arranged a replacement without any hassle, which I really appreciated.

BEWARE!! Warning to other potential consumers
**My Response to Sisters & Seekers
Thank you for your reply, however I must correct several inaccurate statements.
The parcel was present at my property at the time the courier attended. I have Ring doorbell footage confirming the driver’s attendance. The parcel was left outside as instructed for the arranged collection.
The driver did not collect the parcel and advised it could not be taken due to the condition of the item and packaging, which I had already raised with your team. Your response claiming that “no parcel was available to collect” is therefore incorrect.
The hoodie supplied to me arrived visibly stained, soiled and appears worn, which is completely unacceptable for a new item and raises obvious hygiene concerns. I reported this immediately and exercised my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to reject faulty goods.
Despite my cooperation with the return process and repeated requests for escalation, I was also informed via your social media team that a senior member of management would contact me, which has not happened.
As this matter remains unresolved and the item remains available for collection, I have now initiated a chargeback with my payment provider and will also be submitting a complaint to Trading Standards regarding the handling of this matter.
I remain willing to resolve this directly should the refund owed be issued.**
My experience with Sisters & Seekers has been unacceptable from start to finish.
I received a hoodie that arrived visibly stained and in an unsanitary condition, suggesting it had either been previously worn or contaminated before being dispatched. This was extremely concerning, particularly as I suffer from an autoimmune condition and have a severely compromised immune system.
I immediately reported the issue and requested a refund. After significant delays and repeated chasing, the company eventually arranged a courier collection with DPD.
I followed their instructions exactly and left the parcel outside my property for collection. When the driver arrived, he refused to take the parcel due to the condition of the item, even after I offered additional packaging to assist.
Despite this, Sisters & Seekers later claimed that there was “nothing to collect” and used this as justification to refuse my refund.
To be clear:
• The item arrived damaged and contaminated
• I followed their instructions for collection
• The courier refused the parcel due to its condition
• The retailer then refused to refund me
At this point I have been left with no option but to raise a chargeback through my payment provider to recover my money.
This entire situation has caused significant inconvenience and stress. A reputable company should take responsibility when a faulty item is supplied and resolve the issue promptly, rather than placing the burden on the customer.
Based on my experience, I would urge other consumers to be cautious when purchasing from this company.

The delivery driver would not inspect your parcel prior to collection, however a member of our Team is currently investigating this both with the courier, and with yourself.
