The shirt is lovely but completely…
The shirt is lovely but completely ill-fitting?!
The construction of it is super bizarre, the clips that hold the shirt are so far in that the inside of the lining like moves to be open in a weird way.
I added the spare button in between the two clips holding the shirt closed to try to mitigate this.
The sizing is way off with the neck as well, it's super tight, same with the sleeves. Couldn't be bothered sending it back from Australia at the time now I regret it

Customer service was excellent
I had an issue with delivery, where I paid for express but it arrived a couple days later than expected. Rosie on the community care team handled the issue so efficiently and communicating with her was great! & I love my order

A £150 minimum for free delivery is quite steep compared to other brands. Paid for delivery, returned the items, and ended up £8 down for the experience. Not ideal.

A friend of mine got a jumper from here, and I wanted to get similar but in a different colour, I contacted them and suggested some different colourways for the jumper, and they actually did those colours!
I'm not saying they did them because of what I suggested, but I am gaslighting myself into thinking that.
