The meat and potatoes of SiriusXM ! Just bought a used car which unlocked a few months of free service, the station seems like they have a rerun system and very limited artists without a variety of songs they just stick with certain artists and that's what you get usually ,if you have heard your famous favorite artist they play the songs that least popular and really I'd rather listen to free like Jango or Spotify they give you a little more control for free and they play the music you want play artist and related artist that you're listening to and give you an option to hear your songs that you like, and by giving a thumbs up adds it to play more. And Spotify allows you to actually make a playlist of artist you like it Ventures off a little bit from the list because it free but it don't venture out too far. And gone by the reviews it doesn't seem like they listen to their customers either. So for me I will stick with Jango or Spotify . I hope my review helped

Keep in mind when you subscribe to SiriusXM you can’t just cancel online. You have to join a chat and get bombarded with many other plans you don’t want until you tell them you will just cancel your credit card, it will be easier. Keep that in mind when you sign up for a free trial.
Wow their customer service is horrid
Wow their customer service ice is horrible. 14 day grace period or they cut you off for a month . Fn bullshit if you ask me... and their reps are just as rude. Let alone I resigned a new deal in January to take effect in mid Feb. Getting rid when our contract is up... limited play lists and horrid customer service ....

Complete rip-off. Content is garbage and I can’t get over how much they charge. You have to pay extra to listen so some channels when they used to be all included. There are much better streaming services for way less money… heck, free radio is better than satellite radio. And when the say commercial fee it’s a lie

No human on phone, AI instead
Been with Sirius ten years, renewed today but honestly want to call back and cancel. Dealt with a fully AI assistant this time instead of human like previous years. Cold, irritating in its politeness, and generally slow to get to the point. I used to live in Knoxville where a call center there handled most of these calls, but now I wonder if those people still have their jobs(though hopefully they just got transferred internally to do call work for something else). I’m not some loon fearful of some Skynet level AI, I just don’t want to support businesses that keep eliminating jobs while making more money for themselves as the general public ceases to afford anything nice because they can’t work. Snake eating its tail.

If I could give a zero I would! Reps don't speak English and you have to repeat yourself 4orc5 times...given incorrect information....then today they charged my card twice and activated a car I DID NOT ask them to activate!! They never issue refund they decide they will keep my money and issue a credit.....absolutely ridiculous service

Their service came free with the new car, but I never used it as I listen to my own music or books when I drive. I cancelled it and they won't stop calling me for months now.

Every three months a price increase hits my account. When you try to cancel They do everything They can to stop you from getting rid of them. I can see why they’re going bankrupt. Keep jacking up the rates on a service I can get free and your customers will keep walking away. I’ve had xm since 2007. It was a shit show then and still is to this day. Ads are coming thru now. The whole service just declined over the years. Time to move on.

I would never use this company based on customer service and over billing. Going back to CD and will enjoy music with out the headaches of paying a bill for garbage entertainment. Never ever sign up for a year and pay i did and they converted over 3 months and started billing again. Thieves and customer support sucks!!! ve been a SiriusXM subscriber for 15 years and today was the last straw.
My renewal suddenly jumped to $28/month. When I called to cancel, they “generously” offered $10.99/month. I declined. Then I went online and—surprise—it was $7.99/month. That is the definition of a bait-and-switch.
Customer service was even worse. I was connected four separate times, and each call was either dropped or disconnected with no explanation, no callback, no follow-up. Completely unacceptable. If this is how SiriusXM treats long-term customers, it’s no wonder people cancel.
I finally had to go online just to figure out what was actually going on. After 15 years of loyalty, I’m done. This company relies on confusing pricing, inconsistent offers, and terrible customer service.

I had to call. This is the worst site I've ever been to as far for customer support. Trying to change my card # and billing date. I have to call back on the day ( -31) I want to change it to. I have to enter the new card # while they are on the phone. This is 2026. Please EFL.

I've been a Sirius XM listener for 20+ years! Listening to the news channels has become tiring since the ads are frequent and repetitive. A constant loop of timeshare cancellation services, tax relief services, and life insurance brokers is now the norm. I can almost predict what the next ad will be.
SiriusXM’s terrible SUPPORT
SiriusXM’s customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Getting a person on the phone that really understands English and how to answer real questions is even a bigger farce, and when you finally do, the representatives often sound untrained or read from scripts without truly listening. Every simple issue—like canceling a subscription or updating billing—turns into a long, frustrating ordeal.
I was forced to repeat the same information over and over, and never got an actual solution! Instead of fixing problems, the calls get disconnected and you get to start all over again. When you do get to talk a supervisor, they tell you that they are going to process a refund and do not? You get to call back and do it again... I dont think the agents have the expertise to solve nor do they listen to your problems, or come up with any solution for your issue since they are clueless!
For a company charging premium prices, their customer care feels inadequate. If they focused half as much on treating disrespecting their customers as they do on pushing renewals, the service would be worth keeping. Unfortunately, after my experiences, I’ll question going back, especially being a customer of over 20 years! You would think they would want to solve your issues instead of sweeping them under the door mat!
They charged my credit card without any knowledge, no email, no mail... these are there tactics! After I had called the first time, they had sent me a survey and asked if I wanted to receive a call back to work on my issues. After I explained my issues on the survey, gave them my personal information to contact me... would you think a customer of over 20 years would receive that phone call, Sirius radio doesn't think you deserve that, since they couldn't deliver that call!!! I have been cancelling radios from this ridiculous company, maybe since I have been cancelling radios, specific premium channels, Sirius Radio will find that they are not as great as they once were!! Especially by the treatment they deliver to there long time customers!!!
Final Straw-- SPA Channel removed from radio plan
The only channel I listen to--SPA-- has been moved to app only. I don't use the app at all. As such, I decided to cancel the subscription. I had to go thru chat bot and then live chat rep. Something that should have taken a few minutes was drug out with alternate plans and 'please stay' packages and pushing the app until I was one interaction away from calling consumer affairs. Finally got a cancellation confirmation # but now there's no way to remove my current payment method from the account! So, I'll have to set up a calendar prompt to make sure they don't run it for 'auto renewal' in June.
Siriusxm --- SCAM ALERT
Siriusxm - WHAT A SCAM ! ! I purchased my new Toyota Cross with Sirusxm providing three months of free music. When three months started to run out of time, I received an invitation to continue at $3.99 a month. When I called to renew, I asked the agent several questions which included: Do I have to begin another subscription? Does my vehicle continue to receive the music the same way? Do I have the same channel that I listen to? There is only one that I like and it is called SPA - easy listening to & only on my Toyota. She answered yes to each question. My original trial ended Jan 23, 2026. All went well... UNTIL Feb 2 2026. I entered my car and country western was now on. I checked everywhere for SPA and it was gone. I called to find out why and the Siriusxm agent said that they changed the channels from 68 to 746 and that my Toyota was no longer on the streaming and that if I wanted to continue? Furthermore, it would now cost $6.99 a month for one year! SCAM ALERT ! ! They removed the one and only channel that I listed to (Sound fishy!?) and I canceled my contract and now will leave bad feedback for Siriusxm. This is a terrible and dishonest way to treat customers!
