I don’t understand why they only have 3.2. Clothes are great. Easy returns. 28 days grace. Credit account. Reminders if you forget to pay. What more could you want?

Ordered and paid in full. Want to return items but when logging in to their portal it says order number and email not found. I have therefore emailed them 4 times to try to sort this out. 4 times I have received a generic response just telling me to log into the return portal. Tried live chat same response there just genric. Tried via facebook messenger and no response. Chargeback from the bank now being processed. If anyone would like two shirt dresses which make you look like a sack of ***** let me know as even Simply Be dont appear to want them returned to them.

Order was supposed to have been delivered on 30th December, nothing. Tried to contact them via phone, nothing. Tried the chat on the 2nd, was put in a queue that kept going up instead of down 🤣 Then, at 8.32am on the 5th, chat bot tells me an agent will be with me soon, I am next....Anyway, it's now 8.10am on the 6th and I am still waiting for the agent to join the chat 🤣 Absolutely useless and I wont be using again
Impossible to make a return
I need to make a return, but all items from parcel 2 are not showing via the returns portal, only parcel number 1, which I already had an issue with, and had no customer service response.

I’ve been trying to place an order to be delivered to home (UK) whilst I’m away. I suspect it’s an IP issue but need help from them. AI …… it’s all well and good until you need a human.
I spent 30 mins in the queue for an agent and the 219 in the queue ahead of me has gone down by 1 to 218
I wonder how many humans at Simply Be lost their jobs to AI???
After coming here to see if there are any similar issues, I’m seeing appalling reviews. I’ll be deleting my account when home and avoiding.
Refund never received and no response from contact
I returned several items 17 December. Email received confirming they are received. All but one item has been refunded. I’ve waiting the 14 days as their information tells you. It’s now been 19 days. I’ve sent 3 emails that state we will reply in 24 hours. I have had no response from them. I have also tried the online chat every day and there is no response from that. I have also tried Facebook chat, again no response. I am owed over £40 and have no way of contacting them to get this. It’s theft!! I will be contacting the financial ombudsman next as this is appalling.
Avoid - if any issues, simply be are impossible to contact
I placed a delivery on 6th Dec and it still has not turned up.
Evri tracking states, if it has been more than 7 days, to contact the supplier.
It is impossible to make an progress contacting simply be and I am now £95 out of pocket and will never use simply be again.
I have emailed them 6 times, waited in an online que for chat agent where there were 279 in que ahead of me and now there are 290 ahead of me. How this figure goes up I have no idea. Tried calling and again, huge wait times.
I am totally stuck and really annoyed.
Just so complicated to return items
Just so complicated to return items. Ordered one item, recieved two,now I have to return unwanted item. App won't download label/qr code. Wouldn't let me log in. Just issue after issue with this company. That's besides every item of clothing I've ordered has been sent back due to horrible sizing, horrible fabrics and bad quality. Waste of time.

I have an account with Simplybe and…
I have an account with Simplybe and normally I don’t have any issues but on the 9th December my parcel arrived (3 days late) and was a mess. It had clearly been damaged and wrapped back up into a ball with parcel tape with more than half the order missing. I contacted them immediately with photos and have heard nothing back. Typical that all the items missing were the most expensive ones and they are completely ignoring me. You can even see from the photo Evri take when delivered that the parcel was a mess but so far they haven’t been in contact.
Good but promised next day delivery never kept to
I have ordered from JD Williams and their sister apps for years, such as Fashion World and Jacamo. I only order clothing from them these days and nothing else, and overall my experiences have been good. I would say that the clothing quality has improved over the years if anything. I did order a Henry vacuum cleaner and a rug from them without incident but to be fair that was a few years back.
However I have recently paid for the free next day and named day delivery for a year as a seasonal present to myself, and am not impressed so far. I know it is just after Christmas but you would think that would have been factored into the promised delivery date, which was yesterday the 27th. I ordered in the early hours of Christmas Eve. It is now the 28th and only one package was despatched, yesterday, when it was supposed to have already been delivered and the other one in the order hasn't even been despatched aside from one item. Meanwhile when I used to pay for just standard delivery it would often be the case that my package would be despatched immediately and come the next day anyway.
Appalling delivery service… appalling refund service
I simply cannot believe a company like this uses Evri as a delivery service… my order PAID IN FULL was lost by them… not only leaving me without Christmas clothes, out of pocket (at this time of year is mercenary greed) and no refund in sight. Why is it that refund payments take an impossible length of time? It remains to be seen when I will get my money back.
Do better with your delivery service.
Simply Be ignores Next Day Delivery Payment
Placed an order on the 10 December 2025 and it has not been delivered (25 December). I paid extra for next day delivery too.
I tried contacting them multiple times but received an email with a code for 25% off my next order, but why should I make another order when they cannot deliver the previous order?
This order contained a Christmas present and a blouse for a party on Boxing Day. I'm very disappointed.
They people are simply fibbing when they say next day delivery they dont exclate until after 6 days if it doesnt arrive!
well order with next day delivery. Evri does not deliver.Doesnt say when it will. Ring SB...and ring SB...evetually figure out because they have failed to deliver they can now take 5 days to deliver ( wow thats genius advertise next day delivery and dont deliver so have 6 days)...so then what happens? Ah I have to call again...then they escalate ( so always had 6 days to deliver ) then if its not delivered I have to call AGAIN - oh please guys keep your stuff in future! Nope wont be using them again unless you are unemployed so can spend your life cashing parcels not worth the effort

No way of actually talking to anyone that is able to resolve anything get told they will talk to the higher ups, delivery was 17 days after purchase not the 8 days I was told and then the courier didn’t even deliver it! Will never use this website again absolutely shocking

Awful experience
Awful experience. They cancelled an item with no reason why .. ? failed credit check even though I paid in full at time of order. No information/email about cancelled item or refund. I have tried to cancel the order under consumer rights but have been waiting in a queue with 492 probably unhappy customers!! First and last time with Simply Be !!
