A very upset, frustrated, disappointed has a customer
On Wednesday the 01/10/25 I placed an order for a 50 inches Toshiba TV, so on Monday the 06/10/25 i have received the TV after setting up the TV i realize that there is a problem with the item has there was error messages coming on the item and it keeps cutting in and out and then there was a blue screen and red screen split in half on the TV screen , then i have call Jacamo and explain to them what is wrong and they have been giving me the run around almost over 1 week without a TV in a home at this point i was hungry,
I have speak with one of their advisor and they told me that someone from the back office will call me I am tired of having a faulty TV in my home that is not working and can't watched it i hope that i will be getting some form of discount for the inconvenience that this is causing me and I am not making any payment yet until this has been resolve i am getting tired now, i hope that you are going to take back this TV very soon.
I even speak to their technical department and even send those photos and the advisor she gave me an authorization code to give to Jacamo
So this mean i will still be out of a TV for over 1 weeks because the next TV that i have to order will take 3 to 5 working days and the advisor was rushing me to get off the phone and telling me she will only give me £10 for the inconvenience that this is causing me i am very disappointed in this company you don’t treat customer like this.
And here we are now Wednesday the 20th of May 2026 and having problem with another TV from JACAMO even thou i have done everything that they have has me to do and even call the technical support team and i even send them photos and give them a RAN number and even thou they told me that they have ESCALATE the matter and this has pass the 3 days and i still yet to hear from this back office are even a manager to call me this is unacceptable and no company should treat any customer like this i am very upset and frustrated with this company.
I even got a reply from ABIGAIL from the Jacamo team on the 7th on November 2025 and she has asked me to send my confirm my full name, full address, account number, mobile number and that they will resolved this matter and not even her i did not hear anything from and i did send all my information to her that she has asked me for and i have got the proved that i can show.
JACAMO management team is very poor and lack and break down of communication and no one has the decency to even call me to sort this out and now i am back to square one because this TV is faulty and has to go back so i am not going to have a TV to watch this is cause me a lot of inconvenience and stress no one should be dealt with like this from any company, i hope that a manager are someone from the management will call me and get this issue resolve quickly because you are going to make this company looks very bad and with a very bad reputation.
They Make False Accusations
I recently received a highly insulting text message and email from this bunch informing me I had not paid my bill, and offering me some sort of financial counselling.
When I checked my account, I discovered that all my payments are bang up to date, and that I owed them nothing! I was so angry at being falsely accused of being a bill dodger, I've now closed my account. I will not be going back.

I had an account for a while with 200 credit limit which was fine they then put it up to 450 because I was making payments on time or early. Tried log in one day to get message this account can no longer be used they still owe me 10 pound and are no longer replying to email. I would strongly advise not to use this site absolutely disgusting customer service
Jacamo are a shambles
Been a customer of Jacamo for many years now, never had any issues with logging in, delivery or returns until recently.
Placed an order several weeks ago, had to return part of it. New returns process which I followed, still haven’t received my refund.
Tried logging into my account using my details, error message coming up saying that the account can no longer be used. Tried contacting customer support to find out why I can’t access my account & where my refund is. They can’t get into it as it has an old phone number linked to it (which I understand for security reasons).
I just can’t understand why it looks like my account has been blocked 🚫 when they still owe me money. Would never recommend using Jacamo again unless they can tell me why I have been blocked

Ordering is easy, choice is amazing and prices aren’t too bad. But receiving your order is like trying to throw a rock at the moon!
Twice now Ervi have failed to deliver the item next day as paid for! With 3-4days standard, Jacamo customer service seem to keep similar time lines in responding! Their solution £1.50 refund!
Latest order was simple, pair of swim shorts which I needed next day as I was invited to a pool party last minute, still waiting the day after the pool party that I sat at the side of the pool for. Ervi don’t know where the parcel is, Jacamo don’t answer their customers.
Had it now with this company and their sub standard service. Do not use this company unless you are not in a hurry and you enjoy being ignored then insulted by customer service response times and offers. Save the hassle and use anywhere other than this company.
Next-day delivery is next-week delivery?
I ordered some shoes and paid for next day delivery. I followed up two days later and was told by customer service it would end up taking a full week to get to me.
As I have heard nothing from Jacamo about the delay I was understandably surprised and annoyed on hearing that. The customer service agent then said the website says next-day delivery is not guaranteed – but when I went back to check that the description at checkout says:
"Next Day Delivery £5.99
Delivered by [tomorrow's date] if ordered before 11pm (exc Sundays/Bank Holidays)"
When I requested to cancel the order and issue a refund they said it would take 14 days for the courier to get the package back to them as it's in transit and then the refund would have to be processed. So almost a full month to refund the shoes despite never having received them – what?!
When customers make plans around the paid-for delivery service YOU offer, you should immediately communicate delays in precise terms via email before it leads to this.
An absolute shambles. Would not recommend.

Jacamo is a SCAM
SCAM - Jacamo.co.uk is a SCAM - They send you letters saying you have an account with them when you don't. They say you will be charged and they don't even have your card details - making you phone them and charging you per min on the call. Police should be looking into Jacamo - these companies should be shut down. They also wont delete your personal details - Breaching GDPR @police #Police #scam #Jacamo

Ever since Jacamo have been using Evri as a supplier their service has been terrible. Haven't used them in ages, thought id try again. Shouldn't have bothered. Total waste of time.

Ordered a Boss Polo top received a Ralph Lauren shirt. When I spoke to customer services was advised the price has gone up on my original item by £12 and that I would need to pay £5.99 for delivery. I then have to call back to get the original item i ordered reduced and the postage price cancelled due to their mistake. I wouldn't mind i hadn't used them forever and only used them because I was sent an offer. Will be a very long time before I use them again. Normally use Frasers for Boss clothing only thing with Frasers they charge you for returns, generally cheaper then Jacamo though.

I ordered a bike on the 23 of March £1.049.99 and was billed to my credit account. Evri received it on the 26th and was ment to be delivered on the 31st. And still not received it. So as it stands now 21/4 still no bike no refund on to my account and they have asked for a minimum payment. The South Africa call centre is awful laughing and joking in the background singing like there having a party so unprofessional. As soon as this mess is resolved I’ll be closing my account. AVOID BE WARNED.
Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service. Placed a next day delivery order, it never came. Contacted Jacamo through their AI run customer services who informed me if the next day delivery isn't met it automatically defaults to 3-5 day delivery, who knew, good of them to keep me informed. After 5 days still not arrived, chased again, parcel lost in Evri courier system, brilliant. Several emails later asked if I wanted a replacement order to be delivered as priority or to be credited, asked for replacement. Received email informing me they credited my account, totally ignoring my request. Emailed me to say they couldn't replace and I would need to reorder, ridiculous response and a complete la j of effort on their behalf. The final kick in the teeth was that to reorder would cost be more because there was a good percentage discount applied to the first order which isn't available to reorder. Order not placed, customer services and customer experience is shocking. It's a supplier error and they fix nothing to help rectify the situation and right their wrongs. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Be warned.
