I don’t understand why they only have 3.2. Clothes are great. Easy returns. 28 days grace. Credit account. Reminders if you forget to pay. What more could you want?

This company used to be great
This company used to be great, but now it’s terrible & I no longer want to use my account. I dread calling up because the customer service is so bad too and they don’t help, I’ve even been hung up on.
I have logged a complaint recently about TV the service and the fact I returned an entire order worth over £100 and they refunded me after 3 weeks for only one item. No one acknowledged my complaint and bothered to reply to it yet. No one seems to care. It’s probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with and I am out of pocket now too

I ordered three items which includes mobile phone MB204MS costing £129.00 which was delivered to my neighbour (this is not agreed delivery option).
My neighbour said that she found the parcel bag ripped on side and that the delivery driver drove away by the time she wanted to call his attention.
We both reported this with reference #6336282 given for this complaint.
£129.00 need to be refunded to my account with Simply Be. To my suprise, ACI phoned me that my name and account have been passed to them.
I have write several 'recorded letters' sent through Post Office to Simply Be and ACI (reference 3189986) stating my story and the photo of the delivery driver-caught on my neighbour's entrance camera.
There has been no positive outcome.

The sizing is awful
The sizing is awful. I cancelled my order as the sizing was all over the place but they didn’t refund me the delivery fee, under uk consumer law, if I cancel an order in 14 days the delivery fee has to be refunded too. However, Simply be are refusing to refund the delivery fee. They have made up their own rules that are very different to most uk retailers to avoid having to refund the delivery fee.
Useless catalogue.
Ordered a few items then the order got cancelled and no email to say why. I have JD williams and Fashion World who are the same company. So I want my account closed.

Gone way down hill bring back Figleaves!
We used to order on figleaves until simply be took over but simply be is a joke. 3-5 days delivery… joke. Sizing… joke. Bought 5 of the same bra but 3 different colours and all 5 are different sizes. Should have been a 44h. I am sure one was a 44 others a 42 40 and 2 38s by the way they fit. One of them had at least 4 inches smaller then the biggest one we had which in the second order ended up fitting as the 42. Absolute joke. Also only got our deliveries because I wrote complaining via email on day 4 of it still not being dispatched!!! One both occasions as well. Honestly they should be ashamed. Need to get sorted out!

Kind, patient and sweet
I used them occasionally when I can't find what I like at Yours.
Today I wanted boots (see Yours review) and for the life of me couldn't find my glasses. I searched high and low.
I'm sure the words "I'm so sorry, I've lost my glasses and I can't see a bloody thing" are the words every call centre agent dreads, but hear them she did! She was sweet, patient and understanding, double checking what i'd ordered and even offering to describe them so I knew it was what I wanted. How kind was that?
She waited while my husband took over and read my card number as I couldn't see it (why do they make card numbers so small?) and repeated the order again so I was sure.
Thank you doesn't begin to say how I feel!
Fast and easy
For the first time disappointed
For the first time, I’m extremely disappointed with Simply Be/JD Williams. When my parcel arrived, the inside of the bag was covered in some sort of unknown substance. It had what I believe was a vanilla smell. Thankfully, all the items were in their protective packaging except for my pink Adidas hoodie, which was open. Fortunately, no liquid stains had gotten onto the hoodie. However, my Puma pants did have the liquid on them, so I put them in the wash.
Upon removing them from the washing machine, I realised they were the wrong pants that had been sent to me. I ordered wide-leg joggers with the Puma label at the top, but I received Puma leggings with the brand label at the bottom. I realised after washing them that it was too late to return them. I was indeed concerned about the substance so I cleaned up as fast as I could as I do have a dog and didn’t want him to ingest anything.
I’m not sure what the liquid substance was, but I was not impressed. I’m also unhappy about being sent the wrong item, which caused me to wash them in the first place, as I didn’t know whether Simply Be/JD Williams would accept a return or if I would be blamed. Now I have a pair of Puma leggings that I did not order, and I am still paying for them.
