Simple Car & Van Rental Anmeldelser

Wonderful car rental company ! Handled all my requests and loved the Kia in Torquay.

Turned up on foot without a booking. They needed 30 minutes to give the vehicle a Covid clean inside and then ready to go. All worked perfectly. Key box available to return car after hours and car covered by CCTV.

I phoned up last minute and they were very helpful and the service was excellent can't fault it, will hire again from this company!!!!!!!!

Excellent service. Met me at Exeter St Davids with car, talked me through everything, dealt with a small card issue efficiently. Planning on using Simply again in December.

I rang various car hire companies in this area who were asking a lot more than their car was advertised for online, the car was clean, the process was simple and off we went, returning the car was simple too, will definitely hire again soon

Very impressed very helpful polite and friendly we will be recommending you to friends also we would have no worries about using you again so thanks very much you are worth more than five stars Derek and Viv Whittock

My second car rental from Daniel and the staff at Simple Car Hire at Torquay Railway station. As with my 1st rental, superb customer service and relations, fab car with all mod cons, everything faultless. And unlike some of the unhelpful "big shots" out there, these guys accept Debit Cards! Will be back later in the year for my car rental again and again.

Recently moved to Torquay and this was the first time we used Simple Car Hire - very good service, easy to find the place, will use them again

Hired a car for the weekend service was brilliant and the car was wonderful to drive. I would recommend them

We were met at the station on time, the paperwork was sorted out quickly and we were driving off on our holiday. Brilliant service, friendly and efficient! Good value for money too. Highly recommended.

I used to drive cars from Neil on daily basis, for the last two years (because of my job).
Great, friendly and professional service, always lovely cars.
I highly recommend to anyone !

Excellent, personal and professional service. When an issue arose with third party insurance, the team gave a speedy and helpful response to assist. From collection, the quality of car to resolving the issue, Could not ask for more

I’ve used this company regularly over the past few years and have never been disappointed in the service. Neal and Daniel always manage to find me a car even at short notice. Friendly, professional, on time for train station pick ups, helpful and accommodating. I recommend them without hesitation.

I needed a car very quickly on a Friday the team were very helpful and would recommend them.

Good value. Always on time on arrival at station

Excellent service

So easy and very friendly.
Thanks simple car and van hire
Would highly recommend

We stressed out Americans arranged a rental car through Simple Car prior to a recent trip, including pick-up and drop-off at the Exeter rail station. Everything went smoothly and without a glitch. As a bonus, the Simple Car folk were incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive to our needs and concerns. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great service and even better follow up when I left my money clip and credit card in the car. I was contacted by the agent who organised to have it returned 👍🏻
Outstanding work. Would certainly use them again and again.
