Universal Vans Anmeldelser

I bought a 4 year old VW T6.1 from Universal Vans at a very competitive price; from the first phone call to the final delivery, staff were unfailingly helpful. Post vehicle inspection and test drive, my feedack re the van was taken seriously and acted upon without question before final purchase.
I would not hesitate to buy from this team again.

Mark made the whole process so easy and straight forward. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and flexible and always easy to get in touch with. The van is lovely and I can't recommend Universal Vans enough.

Excellent service by Marc and the rest of the guys at Universal Vans, would definitely recommend.

Great customer service from the team at Universal Vans, especially Marc Pearne and Denitsa Simova who ensured we got our company vans in the quickest time to the specifications we requested.. faultless service.

Very helpful people.
We called just to get some information for our future plans.
They were so helpful and professional, every question was answered thoroughly and politely.
We will not be looking anywhere else when we are ready. Thank you.

From the first contact with Marc to the delivery service from Ali what can I say there communication and commitment to finding me the right vehicle was outstanding

Excellent communication. Speedy deal, fantastic van, we dealt with Tony Hoxley who helped us through the process.

They also helped a friend who has a terrible credit record, he had the van the day after Tony was in touch.

Great service from Tony, helpful all the way through the process.

We contacted Universal Vans via online enquiry back in December, the following morning promptly we got a call from Marc Pearce, who assisted us and accommodated all our requirements, in a professional and patient manner, Marc was not overbearing or pushy considering he is a Sales Man, the process was smooth and he took his time to explain everything, and even repeated it to me several times, we got our van in March and was really happy, obviously we got a new van, but the process was just perfect! Marc made sure nothing was hidden and made sure we fully understood. Thank you Universal Vans and a very special thank you to Marc. We will be back when this vans time up. Thanks Mark and Dana

Excellent and efficient service provided by Tony , No hassle straight to the point with professional guidance through the process. He found the van I have been after so extremely happy.
