I had a great experience dealing with Lewis. He managed to get me a very competitive price on the car and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. He was friendly, helpful and professional, and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Days leasing were brilliant to deal with. They assisted me in finding a few options for cars that suited my needs and had really competitive offers compared to the other leasing companies. Lewis especially was very polite and attentive whenever I’ve asked something, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had regarding leasing as it’s something I’ve not done before. Kelsey also was very helpful in sorting the financial side of things and made the whole process a breeze. Will definitely recommend days leasing and will be back in soon for my next car! Poor communication and service throughout. Once I had received a price I was happy with, I received a written quote with the incorrect prices. Took so long for the company to respond that when they did the price had magically shot up. Very poor customer service, never felt like they wanted by business. Went elsewhere :)

Car lease order very smooth. This is my first direct lease so not familiar with full process so lots of questions for Day’s.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Dominic at Days Leasing for helping me get my first ever lease car. From the start, his communication was brilliant and he always kept me in the loop. Being my first lease, I had a few questions, but nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

A small problem came up during the process, but Dominic sorted it straight away and kept me updated until it was all resolved, which really put my mind at ease.

A better deal (both price and spec) than the vehicle I originally selected became available during the arrangement stage. Kelsey and Owyn worked quickly to secure re-approval of the contract and organise delivery close to when an earlier contract expired. There were a few bumps to overcome which was frustrating but the end result was exactly what I needed. I would recommend Days Leasing.

Lewis was incredible throughout. He not only found exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted, but managed to get me a better spec for a lower price!
