Simple Car & Van Rental Anmeldelser

Brilliant car hire company! Easy to book, Neal was at Exeter station when we arrived, great car and no issues on return. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using these guys again. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

Have hired cars and vans from here multiple times, always a good experience, very convenient next to the station, always great and friendly service, would highly recommend.

This is the best Car Rental company i ever rented a car with. This year for the second time. The service is amazing. Neal or Daniel come to the train station to give or receive your car. Also during the two weeks I had the car, they were very well reachable. They are great guys and the cars are great as well!

Best car hire there is!! Amazing service and communication, very smooth process overall. Cars are lovely and without any problems. Highly recommend!

Every aspect of our car hire went well. Picking up the car via "meet and greet" from Exeter St David's station was very convenient, the car worked very well and was perfect for our needs, and the firm couldn't have been more helpful when we decided at the last minute to return the car at a different time to the one first agreed.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Due to my car being In and out of the garage, I have needed to hire a car for a number of weeks often at very short notice.
I had first gone into a well known car rental shop due to it being very close to my work and their attitude was very off putting. I then luckily stumbled across simple car hire when I was getting off the train and I’m so glad I did as they have gone above and beyond!
Neale at the Torquay office has been nothing but incredible and I can’t thank him enough for his help. I have recommended this company to everyone 🤩

Really uncomplicated and easy way to rent a car.
We had a very cool Golf GTI in perfect condition (was almost new) for a week.
Would take it always again.

Absolutely fantastic service. Friendly, reliable and great value for money. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to hire a car in this area :)

Very good communication, on the spot pick up at Totnes, good introduction to the car, and a very good car to boot! A personal service that is so much better than the usual car rental companies.

Our car broke down on the very first day of our family holiday to Devon. We contacted several car hire companies, none of which could supply a suitable car for a reasonable price, nor could they get one close to us (South Hams). We contacted Simple, they found a fantastic car (Kia Nero) on the same day we called, and were able to meet us in Totnes to collect and eventually drop off. The price happened to be the cheapest of all the companies we contacted too! Fantastic service, they kept our holiday on track. Highly recommended.

From booking, to delivery and pickup of the car, the process was easy.
Contact with the company was straightforward. Timings worked perfectly.
I was very happy with the experience and would recommend this company.

Our meet and greet at St David’s station was seamless as was our drop off and the car perfectly suited our needs.

Really appreciated the pick up and drop off and the relaxed and courteous service.

The car was good. The staff were great. We were met on time, they were thorough about the things to know about the car.

Car pickup at Newton Abbott Station was very convenient, after arriving by train and the Simple Car rep, who was awaiting our arrival, did all the necessary paper work, or, more precisely, iPad updates, for Budget Car Hire, whom we had used.

Great communication and no delays with delivery or pickup.
