Had a great stay in Amsterdam at Short Stay Amsterdam. Lovely apartments on the canals!

Just got back from a short break in Barcelona.
The apartment was comfortable, clean and the location was perfect. Around the corner of the Sagrada Familia with very easy access to the old centre. All in all a great stay!

I stayed the first weekend of the Amsterdam Light Festival and it was amazing. what a city!! The apartment was close to everything so no need for the hassle with public transportation. Me and my girl walked every road of this lovely city. For sure i will stay here next time!!

I used twice the flats in amsterdam and both were very comfortable and in a good location. Really enjoyed a relaxing stay. Check in and out was very easy and the flats are modern and clean. Would do again!

We were contacted during the stay, because the owner wanted to sell the appartment, they wanted to visit us with potential buyers, an horribel experience during our holiday.

Great location near restaurants and shopping, small museums, markets. 15-20 minute walk to central station. Steep steps to the second floor might be tough for some, and a few minor maintenance issues, but still really nice roomy and homey modernized apartment which beats a hotel if in The Hague for more than a few nights.

We stayed in barceloneta in a great apartment! Everything was as i expected and we had a wonderful weekend. Definitely next time again

Weekendje amsterdam was geweldig in een heerlijk knus appartement in hartje amsterdam. Alles was top in orde! Volgende keer gaan we parijs proberen.

Wow, mites in room !

A wonderful location near the Dam. This was the second time we stayed in this apartment, and the 5-6th time with Short Stay. The condition of the apartment has gone down-hill a bit during the last 2 years, both because residents rarely report nonfunctioning oven/microwaves or showers, and because the furniture (like the bed) doesn't get checked or replaced until the next major renovation. The management tried to deal with problems, although the cieling leak in the pantry and the shower could not be fixed. This time was OK, but unless it is fixed up a bit more, we'll choose another place next time. If it is fixed up, its wonderful!

Lindenstaat H apartment was very nice but we paid high season Price around Christmas although The Company said it was low season and therefore closed their
desk at shiphol. As a result We had to pay 25 euro to get personal check-in.

2 chairs in the dining room were broke and a cutting board was missing. We called
the office, but nothing happened.

We spent a weekend in Amsterdam with our family (2 kids: 6yo and a 3yo) and we decided we wanted some more room. We booked a two bedroom apartment through this website and we loved it! The check-in was easy, there was a desk at the airport so we could go straight to the apartment from the airport. The location was amazing: right on the Prinsengracht. One small downside were the steep stairs but that was a small thing considering the unique location. The internet was down one day and we called the office and within the hour it was fixed, so the kids could once again play on the iPad hehehe.

All in all a great stay!

The staff via email and in person were very nice. The apartment that I chose near Las Ramblas was extremely noisy. I believe that some of the apartments on the upper floors of the same building were vacant and they might have been quieter. I wish they would have suggested that alternative. There was a night club right accross the narrow street where our bedroom and living room terraces were located. It was open and loud from 11PM until 5AM. The only other suggestion would be to add three wine glasses to the glassware.

Unfortunately we got a very noisy appartement at Leidseplein despite the fact that I was asking for a quiter appartment as I was for business in Amsterdam. The text of the appartement says that the area is noisy but this is not as stated due to the restaurants and bars. The fact is that the appartement itself got a very noisy air condition (in winter) that couldn't be stopped at was howling like a kitchen hood. And we got very strange visitors at 1am and 7am in the morning knocking at the appartment door and ringing the bell. I think it should be mentionned that the area can be compared to the red light district area, drunken people running around, cheap restaurants, bottles of beer and drinks on the floor. Not at all a romantic or business place. Would be great to be more precise on that.

Very old house, very used furniture and with a problem of elevation so the bed was slipping on a side during the night.
This house need urgent renovation and the furniture must be totally changed.
Sheets were clean, the staff in airport nice, but this doesn't help with a house that is absolutely improper for use.
We stayed 5 nights and was the worse way to spend 1200 euro!

We had a fantastic stay in Istanbul and the apartment was in a really place. Not too noisy at night and close to shops restaurants and coffee places. The apartment was pretty good although the cleaner needed to get into the shower to see how dirty the shower door was from ! The bed on the room at the back was fine and so was the sofa bed but the bed in the room next to the bathroom was appalling. It was like sleeping on a bed of nails. My daughter and I did not sleep a wink on the first night. We had to put the cushions from the sofa onto the bed and then the sheet on top and then it was quite comfy. The owners need to sort this out! The people who gave us the key and sorted out meeting up with us etc were very thorough.

Recently returned from a European vacation which began in Amsterdam. We spent 4 nights in a awesome Short Stay apartment. True to the website tutorial, it was very easy to find the Short Stay counter at the airport, gather our keys and info. and head to the Jordaan district. We arrived to a new, clean perfectly appointed 1 bedroom apt. We loved the view that came with the 4th floor unit. It was quiet, safe and accommodating. We had one issue with the shower not draining properly and sent an email requesting maintenance. Shower was fixed with in the hour. Impressive! Our only regret........we didn't use Short Stay in Paris. We will definitely be repeat customers.
