Nice apartment, staff as always were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be booking through them again!

The flat was well located and quiet for Paris.
At our arrival, self booking by getting the keys in the locked box was fine.
But we were a little bit disappointed when we noticed that the flat we had the keys for was not the one we had chosen on the website. I was explained that it was a similar flat from the same category but we would have prefered being informed that the flat number has changed. If the customer has the possibility to chose his flat on the website, he expects to obtain the one he has chosen and that is referenced on every booking document. Unless either you don't give the possibility to your custormer to chose a specific flat, either you inform him of any change.
It made our arrival in Paris a little bit sad, what is a shame.

As always best experience with short stay group apartment and the best customer care that kept staying with them every year the apartment was modern and spotless clean as it looks in the pics with the best location i already booked another apartment for December highly recommend it.

Beautiful appartments all around the city. They are quiet, very clean, nice and modern interior. Service is good and they are always very friendly and helping. Def will come back.

It was great time to stay in one of your flat 2nd time.
Additional armchair would be much better for 4 pax flat.
There was a couch (for 2 person) and one armchair.
One of us seated on the dining chair and it was not comfortable for long time rest.
Hope next year we can get 4 comfy seat in the saloon.

It’s my second time at Lindenstrat 4. Beautiful warm apartment, comfortable bed, soft sheets, everything that you need is there.
Quiet neighborhood, with different restaurants and stores, supermarket 2 blocks.
We had some problems in the bathroom but the maintenance team solved very quickly and they didnt need our presence.
We received extra clean service, we staid there 10 days and was a wonderful stay in Amsterdam.

L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Claudia è gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato tutte le info di cui avevamo bisogno. L'appartamento è grazioso e pulito, due consigli: qualche appendino nel bagno poiché non sapevamo dove appoggiare la biancheria da bagno e far trovare già il letto aggiuntivo pronto per gli altri due ospiti. Per il resto è stata una bella esperienza

When we arrived we met a sweet and friendly service.... But...

We rented a apartment in Barcelona. (SSG Borne Lofts)
The apartment were far below our expectations.
It was dirty when we arrived.
It is very worn.
There was no light in two lamps when we arrived.
Chairs at dining table could not be used.(they were very sticky on the seat)
They had forgotten baby crib the first night.

The area El Born is wery nice.

great experience. Only small problem is that we did not understand that the apartment did not have a bedroom but only a very large room, however the location was perfect and our guest was really kind

* Checking in at the Schiphol office should be 24/7. I find it unacceptable that depending on the flight/delays, checking in becomes highly complicated and frustrating.

* The flat at Rusteburgerstraat should have some shelves and more storing space. Currently it's unsuitable for a stay of more than a couple of days

Wir haben eine Woche in Amsterdam verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ein absoluter Traum! Sie ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen hübschen Details. Die Zimmer waren gross, alle mit Fernseher, die Betten sehr bequem. Es hatte mehr als genug Zimmer für unsere Familie mit 3 Kinder. Die ganze Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minuten an sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Umgebung ist toll. Gleich nebenan eine leckere Bäckerei, auch der Supermarkt liegt ganz in der Nähe. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar.
Wir haben überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren begeistert von der Wohnung und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

The apartments provided were clean, well equipped and as described. We had a good time in the apartments and enjoyed our stay.

FAAM Habour Apartment:
Apartment was great, had lots of space for the 6 of us (4 adults, 2 kids). We really enjoyed the stay. It's a perfect location as it was only an 8min walk to Central Station and the tourist area (red light). This apartment was on the backside of the building which was actually really nice as it was quieter and off the main street.
Some Recommendations (easy fixes): 1) Some of the floor lamps were loose (wobbled) - you can easily tighten/fix them. 2) Light fixture in the bathroom over the mirror seem to becoming loose - the screws are coming out of the wall. An easy fix. 3) The door handle to the toilet (inside) needs to be tightened - came off.

Other than that, great place and would recommend to anybody!!
