No terrible never order from this…
No terrible never order from this company! Ordered an expensive bag which was never delivered and they claimed it had been still don’t have the bag and they won’t refund me! So I lost all money and left without a bag absolutely useless customer service and so rude! Now left out of pocket!

No Accountability For Their Error
I have ordered from Shoeholics for a number of years and was always satisfied with their products, order and returns process. However, I have recently placed an order which was duplicated due to an error with their website - I only received one order confirmation email. I was made aware of the dulicate order when I received two dispatch confirmation emails. They have taken payment twice, which isn't a small amount and won't be refunded for 14 days post when they receive the returned shoes. I'm having to make time to return the duplicate order and pay for the return costs! Abysmal service

Customer service on chat very helpful. After sending a photo of the damage on the top of the shoe heel I received a QR code to send back free of charge and I received a full refund quite quickly .
I've been a happy customer for many years and not had to return anything before.

Only worn 3 times and already stones are missing from the front..2nd pair of carvela I've had from you and the other pair I had to bin after 4 months..trainers should last years.. I'm beginning to lose faith in carvela products..
