I will never order from you again
I will never order from you again! I do not recommend to anyone! The first time I had problems with the delivery (Evri) I asked to leave my package at a certain place but no one noticed me, after that I could not even change it to leave the package at a parcel shop this lasted, 2 weeks only through emails I could talk to both the people from Evri and the people from Shoeaholics but nothing was solved my package was missing, I only had promises from Shoeaholics but they did not solve anything. And after 3 weeks of waiting and nerves I told the people from Shoeaholics that I did not want any more orders I want my money back what do you see in 2 hours my status at Evri changed to "return" and they also sent me a confirmation email that I would receive the full money back but until then 3 weeks they just deceived me through emails that I would receive my package! I really did get my money back but I do not recommend anyone to order from here!

Love my new bag
So a few years ago I bought a bag and used it regularly and it was becoming a bit worn. To my surprise I got a delivery this morning, I accepted the parcel and it was a brand new bag. My hubby decided to treat me. I absolutely love it, apparently it was only ordered yesterday and it arrived by DPD today. Fantastic service, I can't wait to transfer the contents of my bag and start using it.

Very Disappointed with Delivery Experience
I’ve been a loyal customer of Shoeaholics for two years and have always loved the deals and the quality of my purchases. I’ve recommended the site to many friends and family.
Recently, I placed two orders. In one of them, I mistakenly selected the wrong boot size. Thankfully, Shoeaholics’ customer service was helpful and quick to correct the issue before dispatch—something I really appreciated.
However, the delivery service used—Evri—has caused a lot of frustration. My parcels were supposed to be delivered on a Thursday, but they didn’t arrive until Saturday while I was attending a wedding. Upon returning home, there were no parcels to be found. The delivery photo showed the items had been left outside, by the front door next to the dustbin—completely exposed and unsecured.
I only found out on Monday, after checking my emails, that Evri had marked the delivery as completed on Saturday. I tried to contact Evri directly but received no response. When I reached out to Shoeaholics, they stated that the delivery was successful and refused a refund, especially since a similar issue happened once last year. I was advised that I should have arranged a safe place or alternative delivery—even though I waited in all day Thursday and Friday, based on their dispatch confirmation.
It’s extremely disappointing that leaving parcels out in full view—vulnerable to theft—is considered a “successful delivery.” It’s even more frustrating that the courier didn’t have the basic sense to leave them behind the bins, at the very least.
My next step will be to report the theft to the police, as I have no other recourse at this point.
Now 16 June and still not resolved sent en email asking for further details I replied back.
Now I have an email with no information but says its been resolved.
Resolved how?
Still no refund received.
I am going to put a police report in tomorrow.

The boots are great
The boots are great, but one complaint. A buckle was missing a tuck in strap and I didn't notice as the strap had been wedged. I had worn them a few times and then the strap worked loose and there's no way to tie it back.
