Great boots. Great price. Arrived within allotted time! Deffo buy from these guys again!

Purchased a pair of Carvela boots a few days ago and they arrived today. I bought them for way less than the full retail price and they exceeded my expectations. They are in perfect condition and arrived in the Carvela box with neatly wrapped tissue paper. Delivery was completed 3 days after purchase and delivery was free with my order. Will be using Shoeaholics again.

Great product and ordered was delivered promptly. Only fault I can find is the shoe is quite narrow, therefore it can be uncomfortable to wear if you have wide feet.

If there were stars with a minus on them I would click on the lowest rating. Since 14 August I have been attempting to resolve an issue of a non delivered parcel. The Customer Service Support is shameful, despicable, embarrassing and after some 35 emails back and forth - one of which instructed me to ask neighbours is they had the parcel - I solved the issue myself - all along on their very own web site in plain sight in black and white text it stated the parcel cud not be delivered and was summarily returned to sender - the CSteam never even investigated or they would have seen this on their own web site. I have written up 8xA4 sheets in an affort to investigate the issue and not one apology has ever been forthcoming- DO NOT USE SHOEAHOLICS - I am awaiting recompense/compensation for all they’ve put me thru so watch this space

I must have got lucky judging by these terrifying reviews. Just received my trainers 2 days after purchase. Exactly as pictured, in a beautiful box and early! The trainers are Stunning & I'd most definitely shop again 🥰 Perfect experience

Even one star is to much. I ordered a pair of trainers in May . I got a message from Evri saying they had been delivered and signed for at 10.30 at night. They had delivered to somewhere else not on my new estate. I have emailed Shoeaholics and Evri they still won’t except that I have not got them. I have sent them pictures of my front door and I must of spoken to 20 people they keep shutting the case and won’t refund money or deliver the trainers to me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from Shoeaholics but also Evri.

Incorrect size sent, paid delivery and now they want photographic proof that they are the incorrect size, even though they are going to be returned and I will have to pay for that!

I ordered a bag, card holder & trainers. The parcel was delivered today without the trainers. Customer Service have told me that they have checked the order & as the packaging was not damaged there is nothing they can do - no trainers, no refund! I sent photos of the packaging & the two items received. There is no way that a pair of size 6 trainers would have fitted in as well!

Company refused to refund monies for trainers never received & insist that they were in the parcel with the other items. The conclusion from that is that they are accusing me of fraud. I will never order from them again & will be returning the two items received.
As you can see by the picture beside my name there is no room in packaging for a pair of trainers - usually despatched in a shoe box.

I received an empty box!!! I paid for next day delivery and in fact received no shoes and empty box, customer service assured me that they sent it and shoes was in box🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Total rubbish, the handbag I bought for my partners birthday looked nothing like the picture on site. They also charged me £1.95 to return it avoid.

I wore the slides once and the parts were pulling off from the sole of the slides.

Really poor customer service. My shoes were faulty and within one month broke. This has happened twice with this company, and they offer no compensation at all. I didn’t want a refund and I wanted another pair sent to me, however they said this isn’t something they do. Went on their website and everything else costs a fortune so left with broken shoes and nothing to wear. Really poor!

None delivery of trainers, don’t answer emails , cannot get a refund or reply from this company ! Absolutely shocking company do not order anything from them !!

Shoeaholics have no call centre you can speak to, none. There is also no live chat. You cannot speak to a single human.
The only means of contact is email. These are answered from outside of the UK, and often at times such as 2am Uk time, making it hard to have a productive and timely conversation.
Returns are a nightmare. They make no effort to investigate when things go ‘wrong’ at their end and without serious chasing and legal wording they tried to get away with not refunding. I was shocked that Kurt Geiger is run this way and will categorically never order from shoeaholics or KG ever again. Save your time and energy, and purchase from another retailer who prioritises customer service. Ps Be sure to check out the one star reviews on here, there are over 40%!!!

I am still waiting for a refund . I returned 2 pair of trainers only. Couple of days after i received them & am still waiting for a refund 2 months later !
