I received the parcel in a timely manner, this is the only positive I have. I am wanting to return the bag I purchased, it won’t let me complete the returns info on the portal, I have been trying several times a day for the last 4 days. It directs you to send an enquiry form, I have now filled out 2 with no reply. Extremely frustrating, it is a straight forward return which should have been back by now.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. My parcel is marked as “delivered”, yet I have never received it.
From the moment I realised the parcel was missing, I contacted both Shoeaholics and Evri. Since then, I’ve been continuously passed back and forth between the two, with each company blaming the other. I fail to understand how the customer is expected to take responsibility for the failures and negligence of a delivery company that Shoeaholics chose to partner with.
Despite raising multiple complaints, I have been ignored, dismissed, or provided with unhelpful responses. Shoeaholics even confirmed that the “evidence” provided by Evri was unsatisfactory, yet instead of assisting further, they abruptly closed my case with no resolution. This is completely unacceptable.
I am now out of pocket, without my parcel, and deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and support from both companies. As a result, I will be taking this matter further and have already raised a case with the ombudsman. Submitting my review twice in hopes I will get a response from the company as all my previous efforts are ignored !
As you can see by the reply from the company , no outcome and total dismissal. I have had confirmation from a Zoe who works at Shoeaholics to advise the delivery evidence was not sufficient. I have also expressed on multiple occasions there was no reason for the parcel to be delivered to an alternate address as the office was opening during hour of delivery. Just to make it clear the office is open 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday. The parcel was delivered at 15:30pm on a Wednesday. On top of this , the evidence provided by Evri was a picture of a closed door dangling more than one parcel. Somehow this is my fault ? Once again I am left with no help , out of pocket and no parcel. What a great company !

Terrible service, order never arrived. Will not be ordering from them again. Stay clear. You’d think that it was a reputable brand being owned by Kurt Geiger but the number of terrible reviews says it all! Looks like it’s the same on terrible reviews for Kurt Geiger, clearly do not care about their customers.

Disgraceful company dont order anything from this website.
Ordered a bag and a wallet on the 26th November 2025, they sent each of the items separately i received the wallet on the 30th however the bag noowhere to be found. Absolutely horrendous customer service tried contacting them through email and chat about 10 times no response nothing help nothing. Ive been trying to track it with evri every day and nothing still says item not received by sender. What a rip off i am so frustrated and angry £79 gone down the drain absolutely horrendous customer service, scammers never and i mean never order from this website . Absolutely no help from anyone on where my bag is and why it hasnt been shipped . Even one star is too much to give them. I am absolutely sick how they can do this rip people off their hard working money.
They gave me a reply on here and to no surprise nothing has changed no reply STILL, tried to email them again nothing no reponse this is absolute theft , sent them my detials of my order and still nothing no reply no answers to where my bag is . At this point there is no point of even trying to email again. This website is a scam.

Lack of care and no customer service help. Once an order is placed there is no contact, emails are ignored then after a long time a cursory we can’t fulfil your order, no offer of help or concern and when I looked on their site the shoe in the right size was still up for sale. Beware!I placed my order heard nothing for days, emailed again heard nothing so emailed again you eventually replied saying you are unable to fulfil my order and a refund was going to be processed and should appear in 3-5 working days!should! Also I was told you were unable to offer an exchange or replacement and you kindly recommend placing a new order!Again the item is for sale on your site and am appalled at the lack of customer care you could easily have resent my order but chose not. The length of time for my refund is shocking too and the phrase it should appear is very worrying.

Edit 4 days on - still no resolution at all, no order, no refund. I really recommend to steer absolutely well clear, broken systems, no customer service and seemingly help themselves to money from your bank account with zero intention of providing a product. So frustrating as I cannot receive a useful response to help me get a refund despite having sent proof, bank statements, order screenshots the works. Absolutely disgusting absence of service. I suspect this is a scam or they’re going into administration- avoid at all costs!

Your website is incredibly slow. It is hard to navigate and when you use the filters to sort low to high/size etc when you have viewed an item and press to go back it goes straight to default view. Very frustrating. I've also had issues with discount codes not working.

I was a little sceptical about placing my first order with shoeaholics after reading some of the reviews but j can say j had nothing but good service, my order was delivered very quickly however I did decide to return as the item wasn't suitable. I couldn't generate a returns label so used the live chat and was sent one straight away, so sent item back and received my refund a week later.

Absolutely terrible company!
Can't get a single order correct, send out shoes that weren't ordered.
Customer service is a disgrace & not existent. The agents are rude and are of no help. The absolute worst I've ever encountered!
They state on the website that, "we're are here to help from 9am - 6pm, 7 days a week" but they're absolutely not. They send scripted messages initially stating that they'll get back to you via email, then don't.
When I finally got a reply, hours later after bombarding the chat, some guy issued the label. I packaged them for return and asked him why advertise items that are not as they claim. He replied, "sorry the warehouse didn't send the correct shoes."
The paperwork inside the parcel had the correct item stated, but the shoes, although they looked the same, had the ugly birds head emblem, in silver, on the heel instead of the gold KGL emblem, and a silvery coloured, cheap buckle instead of a black one. Same shoes, different detailing. I haven't seen any shoes with this detail on the website so it's obvious they're sending out shoes that are not as advertised in the item listing(s.)
(I've always avoided KG because that emblem is awful.)
Then have no concern or care they're duping people. Wasting time and money.
They were packaged correctly inside the box with paper in the toes and paper to hold the ankle strap, (to keep the shape) with plastic bag protectors.
Absolutely no genuine apology or concern.
Also, another massive red flag is that there is nowhere on any product on the website to write reviews.
After the disgraceful experience with Shoeaholics I'm actually not surprised as it would be full of bad ones.
I wish I'd looked at trustpilot before ordering from this terrible company.
Valuable lesson learned!
To add insult to injury, they then tell you, after days of ignoring you, that you have to allow 14 days for the item to be returned, a further 14 days to process the refund, then a further 4 - 5 days for the refund to arrive in your bank! Unreal!
I would advise even my worst enemy to avoid this company.
You get better service, and especially customer service, with places like Temu!
No doubt they'll reply to this review with their usual scripted response. I've noticed they're so quick to reply to these reviews but "are too busy" to respond regarding actual customer service.

Wow, what a speedy response! Looks like you care about your customers when in actuality you don't reply in chat, close it, then take days to get any sort of response from you via email. I stand by everything I said regarding the website, incompetence of whomever is responsible for orders and the disgraceful customer service. I don't need nor want you to "look into it" It's pointless now, smh. I want absolutely nothing else to do with Shoeaholics. Thank you, have a nice day.

the worst experince i have by far. I have purchased a show but they are telling me there is no stock at the moment. They could not inform me , and their email says my order is on the way.
i ll never prefer it .i do suspect this is an himmick to trick people try to buy . This brand agent told me that on the live support, we delivered your package another address and another name, please ask this person to get your parcel. This is the ridiculous thing .Dont belive they replied to me. They blocked me over their website. They got money and no refund. They have sent unknown item to another person another address. Please claim to police dept.
today is 3 days passed but they still dont reply. no doubt they are scamming
